Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Really needs some cleaning and TLC ! Everywhere you look there’s hair, something broken , something missing , something dirty on the walls or the floor . pool overall was good but when you look at the steps there’s green algae Lots of bugs floating
I like the location, plenty of parking for truck and boat I like the loft style unit- feels very spacious for 6 ppl & a dog Large pool and 4 hot tubs (3were working )

We were not informed that the pool was closed when we checked in. Didn't know until we got to the pool. This was honestly a major deciding factor for staying here.
Got to spend time with my grandkids, one of whom lives at the Inn. The view was beautiful.

TV in room was postage stamp sized and outdated. Not having air like most places in Granby sucks when temp during the day gets in the mid-80s. Most of the washers were broke. Back parking lot had faded to know markings for parking spots, making parking a nightmare. Cars just everywhere.
Picture the movie Hot Tub Time Machine. That is what this hotel reminds me of. Pool and hot tubs were awesome. Location and view are perfect.

The staff didn't really care about their customers so much.I i thought they were nonchalant and not invested.
It's not busy season yet, so it was quiet. The pool although small was comfortable.

Twice during my stay the air in the vents smelled like cigarette smoke. The property seemed a bit forgotten- the onsite restaurants were closed down. Maybe it is better during ski season.
Location was fairly convenient, parking was easy, price was a good value.

If you want to do laundry and use quarters the machines would not work, didn't want to get the app. The bed was a little lumpy.

The room was great however the beds were terribly uncomfortable and made for fitful sleep. My two kids were very much looking forward to spending time in the arcade but when we got there, every game was extremely old and / or broken. Several games took our quarters but wouldn't work properly, specifically the pool tables and driving games. We were also looking forward to being able to have dinner in the restaurant that was advertised on our first night there so we could eat and go relax after a long drive but when we checked in we found out the restaurant had gone out of business which was very disappointing.
Overall this was in an excellent location and had several amenities. The Inn itself is dated but was simple and was perfect for a weekend in the mountains. The staff was welcoming and helpful and the residents there were very friendly and receptive to visitors. I loved that housekeeping didn't enter the room and texted each morning for any needs that could be dropped off outside the door. Prompt service.

Rooms looked small so I went with one with a loft. Also we had a hard time finding the entrance after dark. There was no lit sign to see.
