The location is great for what we needed being close to the Miami cruise ship terminal and a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby we did just fine not having a car for a few days.

Texting management is awesome. AC fix, was quick and easy. Very nice, accommodating, and a bonus, pretty staff..lol (I'm a guy so what do u expect)

The hotel is charming, very well located, and feels safe. The room isn’t large, but it’s just right — comfortable and practical. The hotel’s location allows for a variety of activities nearby — from going to the beach, cycling, or strolling along Ocean Drive. It’s definitely a great spot for anyone looking to explore and enjoy Miami Beach in a very safe and pleasant way. Although we had a minor issue upon arrival related to parking, this quickly became secondary thanks to the team’s and the manager’s outstanding effort to handle the situation with care and professionalism. Their genuine concern in making our stay as pleasant as possible truly stood out. If you’re looking for a place where customer care is taken seriously and felt in every detail, this is definitely the right choice.

The only two things that I would say I didn’t like were the noise you could some times hear from other rooms (we heard steps from the floor above many times) -but if you were tired enough that wouldn’t bother you that much- and that if you want to leave your luggage after checking out until late, the only option is to leave it at the reception but after 4 PM there’s no one there so it wouldn’t be anyone to check on it -although ours was still there when we picked it up at night.

The property was really well located, in a spot closer to the beach -only two blocks away- which was also a really quiet and wide beach if compared to other parts near ocean drive. We also liked that it had a fridge in the room with decent storage capacity, and the fact that the hotel has some beach chairs and umbrellas that you can borrow to take to the beach (these are shared with other guests so they might not be there if you go too late).

The room was to be soundproof according to Booking.com. Not so. The bed and bath linens needed up graded badly. The pillows needed replaced and so did the twin mattresses that composed the king bed. Also a coffee maker was needed. No one made coffee in the lobby. A coffee pot stood empty.

The location was great. The room was size was ok. The bath room was ok. Housekeeping was excellent, very nice people. I only used them once.

Shower was quite old and could’ve been better. Water pressure and water amount weren’t really great. Could have used a couple more soap bars.

Perfect location in south beach. About a 5 minute walk to the beach and 1 street down from ocean avenue but quiet enough. Staff was very accommodating and parking is a big benefit.

Everything was good, they are in contact with you everytime and you can contact them if any issues. Parking is located in a public parking at 2 min walking and is 20 dollars a day.

I went with an expectation that it was a hotel but it turned out to be like airbnb. Had I known this in advance, won't have booked. The name "Hotel" is misleading.
