Amazing place. Jamie at the lobby was kind and awesome.

It’s close to the beach. It’s very peaceful versus beach front is crowded & loud. Restaurants are near by walking distance.

The room was extremely clean, comfortable and cosy. The staff were very friendly willing to help with anything, greeting you every time you came in and out of the hotel. Location was incredible!

Great location and clean

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was spotless clean, the location is absolutely perfect with great connections to all the must-see spots in New York, and the service was outstanding. The front desk and hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. Special thanks and warm greetings to the amazing hotel administration — you are super accommodating and made our visit even more memorable. We will be happy to return!

The location is great for what we needed being close to the Miami cruise ship terminal and a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby we did just fine not having a car for a few days.

Texting management is awesome. AC fix, was quick and easy. Very nice, accommodating, and a bonus, pretty staff..lol (I'm a guy so what do u expect)

Im 6'3, and used to large rooms, these are tiny rooms for me, but priced accordingly, probably.

The hotel is charming, very well located, and feels safe. The room isn’t large, but it’s just right — comfortable and practical. The hotel’s location allows for a variety of activities nearby — from going to the beach, cycling, or strolling along Ocean Drive. It’s definitely a great spot for anyone looking to explore and enjoy Miami Beach in a very safe and pleasant way. Although we had a minor issue upon arrival related to parking, this quickly became secondary thanks to the team’s and the manager’s outstanding effort to handle the situation with care and professionalism. Their genuine concern in making our stay as pleasant as possible truly stood out. If you’re looking for a place where customer care is taken seriously and felt in every detail, this is definitely the right choice.

The property was really well located, in a spot closer to the beach -only two blocks away- which was also a really quiet and wide beach if compared to other parts near ocean drive. We also liked that it had a fridge in the room with decent storage capacity, and the fact that the hotel has some beach chairs and umbrellas that you can borrow to take to the beach (these are shared with other guests so they might not be there if you go too late).

The only two things that I would say I didn’t like were the noise you could some times hear from other rooms (we heard steps from the floor above many times) -but if you were tired enough that wouldn’t bother you that much- and that if you want to leave your luggage after checking out until late, the only option is to leave it at the reception but after 4 PM there’s no one there so it wouldn’t be anyone to check on it -although ours was still there when we picked it up at night.
