Our only suggestions were driving up to the overall camp ground it’s very narrow which is fine but the trees along the path could be trimmed up some to avoid hitting against our truck. The showers could use a seat but love they had a garment bag to keep dry items inside the showers. The only other thing we wish there was a pull curtain or something at the entrance of our camp site so anyone walking by or across the way could not see into our space.

My husband & I absolutely loved this neat little spot. Check in & out was easy and when we needed to speak to staff it was through email but very quickly got a response. Our tent spot was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the ac kept it cold even being super hot outside. We went a little into town for dinner stopped at the Startzville Cafe and the food was home cooking fantastic. The showers & bathroom were clean and not a far walk from our site. Overall was a wonderful experience

Loved our stay last night! Tent and facilities were clean and comfortable. Loved having a hot tub and fire pit. We needed a propane tank and lighter and the hosts were very responsive and quick to get us what we needed. Host recommended the Italian restaurant in town for dinner and it was delicious. I was very grateful for very clean and well appointed bathrooms lol.

It was really dark at night walking to the restroom and one of my lights were out by my tent so it didn’t light up like in the pics online the way I was expecting..

Great location and perfect for star gazing

Couldn’t use the fire pit, but I understand it’s beyond host’s control.

Perfect couples getaway. Every detail was well thought of. Arriving when it was dark was nice cuz the place was all lit up with string lights, a very welcoming and enchanting way to be introduced to the property. The place is clean and stocked with every essential.

The retreat itself was amazing! This has nothing to do with the retreat itself, BUT there was a family with many kids across from our tent that were up until almost 2am on the first night . It was a separate property next door and maybe they were on Spring Break but made it a little loud throughout the day and night.

The owners were SUPER helpful, supportive and responded quick to any question(s) we had. We did nothing but relax....didn't have to set anything up, just relax. Everything was as described!

The location of the restrooms only due to the change in weather, it got really cold.

We enjoyed the simplicity of the area. My wife and I were able to spend some quality time with each other. The hot tub was really nice, would have liked to use the fire pit but there was a burn ban. The restroom and shower facilities were nice too. Overall good stay.

The retreat is too close to the highway and some time you hear the cars on the road. There should be other ways to control the propane use that do not involve the guest paying for the tank.

Everything was tidy and clean. The room was comfortable and enough for a one-day retreat. The bathrooms were spotless and with easy access.

Maybe just have a list of recommended items to bring if you want to use the grill (cutting board, paper towels, etc.). If y’all have that and I just didn’t read ignore this comment.

The glamp sites were to close to each other for not having complete privacy, I do understand that could be the fact of the electrical they having to run from site to site . Idea would be maybe fill in the gaps heavier with more privacy materials.

The owners were immediately responsive fixed an issue we had with the hot tub. very much Hospitality gave us extra time in the morning due to the issue with the hot tub. Check in was extremely easy as they made the instructions very understandable in the email . No interaction needed at check-in. Very peaceful and relaxing. Comfort was on point in tent, comfy bed and perfect temp.

Thought the campsite would have been a tad more private but for a campsite in general it was still relatively private and away from other campsites.

Tent was spacious and comfortable. Everything was decorated so nicely inside and out. Instructions from owner were clear and made checking in very easy. Private and secure space. Loved how there were so many deer passing through as if it was their own home as well, not skiddish and scared when they did see us.

Not well kept, the property needs some TLC, the showers were nice.

The fact that the tent had AC otherwise we would have melted in the tent! We originally booked the spot with the larger water troff and were told the day before that we were moved to another spot with a much smaller tub. The gas braai was filthy, we had to clean that ourselves before we could use it as well as the utensils.

There were ants in the fridge. I didn’t have open food. And I also got bit by ants while I was sleeping on my stomach.

Quiet. I loved the hammock and jacuzzi. I just needed to disconnect and I got exactly that.
