Older property but my accommodations were comfortable and had a lovely balocny

The staff seemed stressed and were not friendly but not rude. The towels and robes were stiff and like sandpaper. There was water damage in the bathroom ceiling that wasn't repaired. The room didn't t have an ice bucket. Had to ask for one, and the lady and the front desk responded with " you are staying here right?"

The location was fantastic. Amenities were good. It was dog friendly as that was a huge plus. The trails and access to other areas around Keystone were excellent.

Cozy, comfortable hotel. Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom was clean but very outdated. Staff was helpful. Shuttles stop at the door and they have a courtesy SUV to take you places off the shuttle line. Grandkids loved the heated pool even though it was too cold for me. Great sauna and hot tubs. Also has a game room and the kids loved that as well.

Our sink didn’t drain properly so water would just sit for hours before it drained. Also we asked for a late checkout and was told we’d get a call from the manager but they never called.

There is a lot of construction near the resort, so there were some loud noises occasionally. The pedestrian tunnel that connects the parking lot and hotel was also under construction, so we did have to walk a bit further to get to our car. But they do offer a shuttle, available via phone call.

The hotel was very clean and our room was perfect, with an amazing view near our bed. We got massages at the spa, which was a perfect end to our vacation. A good amount of shops around the resort, especially Cures and Curiosities and Nowhere Pizza - best gluten free pizza!

It was a great value and had all of the resort amenities. The gym is great and the pool area too. The rooms have an earthy cozy decor. Lobby has a nice area too.

The room was extremely noisy- there was constant banging from either tenants in other rooms, or in the hallways. The walls seemed paper-thin.

Staff at check in were not friendly or helpful. Had to ask them where to park, what floor our room was on, etc. They didn’t explain anything and seemed put out to be checking us in at all. Great property and location! Pool and hot tub were wonderful! Large quiet rooms! Parking was easy!

The restaurant and food was not very well prepared, and the options were quite limited. It was not the kind of food we expected for the price we paid to stay, and for the price of the food.

There were nice trails near the resort that were easy to walk along with young kids.

There were limited restaurant hours and options on the property but pizza place on the lakeside was good and deli was good for quick breakfast.

Room with balcony was very nice and comfortable, really enjoyed the spa amenities, massage, warm pool and hot tub. Hotel is convenient to park, and shuttle transport to ski area and around village is very nice.
