Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

We have visited The Landing once before in the month of December, and this time in early September. Both times we were very pleased with everything about our stay. We, being a family of two older parents with two grown children, appreciate the chalets for our visits. They have two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen, and a living area. We love the small river running behind the property.

Perfect location with a beautiful property right on the creek. Love the fire pit area available. Easily accessible to Rocky Mountain National Park.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The location was right outside of the park, and still close to downtown. The room was very spacious and felt luxurious with a private sauna and fireplace.

The staff was amazing. Checked on us everyday to make sure we had what we needed. The rooms were up to date. The bed was super comfortable, which was a great surprise. If you want peace and to be in nature you need this. But it was also close enough to restaurants, groceries and coffee.

The only thing we didn't like was that we booked only one night instead of two.
This incredible property is nothing short of magical. It was everything we hoped for and more. It was private,cozy, and comfortable. It is nestled right next to the river and literally 3 min from the beautiful Rocky Mtn National Park. We have decided this will always be our stay when we visit yearly.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Landing! The room and the grounds were super clean. We were located next to the river and there were lovely places to sit and enjoy! The room was very comfortable and had a cozy fireplace. Jay gave us a local map and some great restaurant and entertainment recommendations. We will definitely be back!

I want to preface by saying we were accommodated and everything went great, but we were asked to leave our first room because we had an infant with us. The booking website should say more clearly that certain cabins do not allow children.
Family suite was very comfortable and clean. Very close to downtown Estes Park.

The room, staff, comfort, and cleanliness of the space were fantastic. Was a great deal for the location and comfort of the room! Very knowledgeable staff who could tell us all about the town and where all the good stuff was. Recommended great things to do and places to eat that did not disappoint! Overall would definitely stay again!
