It was clean and the deal we got for the room was good.

The location was fine, next time we will try a room on the top floor to see the ocean more. This condo is directly in front of the gate to the boats so people were in and out constantly.

The location was excellent. Close enough to walk but far enough that it felt like home and not touristy. Very comfortable accommodations. Everything we could have needed was in the condo. Felt like our own home.

I couldn't figure out how to make the coffee maker work...I followed the instructions but the water never heated so I heated the water in the microwave to pour over the filtered coffee. I did not report it because I was in a hurry and may have missed something.

The room was very comfortable with a view of the boat Dock and Bay. We opened the windows and used the fan provided to help cool the room and circulate fresh air which made it very nice especially in the evening. - We forgot two jackets in the room but the staff was good enough to call us immediately so we could return to get them back. Much appreciated!

The condo was perfect…kitchen had every item a cook could ask for with top-line appliances; furnished very nicely with beautiful beachy touches. Linens, bed/pillow great. Bedroom had darkening blinds option! We had a wonderful wonderful time

I didn’t like climbing the stairs was allot and room was at the end of the hall from the elevator.

It was such I great and friendly place customer service was outstanding. Loved the room we had it was great.

Doesn't have air conditioning but does have large windows that can be opened to get a breeze in the room. Other than that no complaints.

The room was amazing with so much space! The best part was the view!! Could not get over the view we had ❤ There is an elevator (thank goodness) since we were on the 3rd floor. There was plenty of towels for our stay so we didn't have to bother the staff for more. The bed was a king and was so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and has an air fryer, a microwave and a coffee maker. Worth the price! We will definitely book a stay here again!! 😀

The bedroom mattress was too soft for us. Washer was VERY noisy, but worked well.

It was perfect!

We were staying in Newport to meet family who were camping. The Landing was wonderful - immaculately clean, wonderful check-in person, great view and great location. We will be back!!

The downside was the bed was uncomfortable as it was sunken and worn out. However we are on the older side and a younger person may not notice or care at all.

My personal room could have been a little more updated. Room 105. The cable provided doesn’t have many channel choices (which is fine) but I wish our TV’s would have had at least a Roku to be able to watch better stuff. Family had 4 others rooms and those all had roku’s
