The location is amazing! Literally across the street from the lake! Room has a nice partial view of the lake. Our room was smallish but nicely appointed snd bed was so comfy!

Valet parking was a bit creepy, all I asked was, was it too early to check in about 2pm. The asian guy came back with Rm 1110 is not yet ready. All I needed was a yes or no, he didnt need to check in for me. Its a bit creepy that he should know what a solo female traveler, what my room no should be. Thankfully it was not assigned to me.

Stayed here recently for my friend’s birthday. It was a group of nine of us that traveled together. The staff and everyone at the Landing were so nice and super friendly. We mainly talked to Charles, Jason, Ben, Nolan, Mel, and Sarafina. Everyone was super nice and treated us like family. I seriously can’t say enough amazing things about everyone here. I felt like they added such a personable touch with the shuttle and letting us know to call ahead and they would pick us up anywhere within a 2 mile range. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Tahoe.

Parking charges - which we weren’t aware of - are really high. 30$+tax while there’s plenty of free street parking is absolutely unacceptable. As a minimum, you should explicitly ask your guests in advance if they want to use it and explain the cost and the alternatives. No breakfast included, but we knew that.

A really good hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms, nice pool area, and just near the beach. Super friendly staff that goes above and beyond. Food at the restaurant is good, although a bit limited options. Free bikes are available to guests, but in all honesty, they are in such poor condition that you can’t drive much more than a few miles from the hotel.

Nothing. It is a little pricey and the beach is crowded on the weekend. It really isn’t a private beach since anyone can go there after paying. We will definitely return - probably during the week for fewer crowds in the summer.

The food was amazing as well as the wait staff. We ate all of our meals there. We had a wonderful stay-so relaxing and the property is so well designed for a small space - loved the room, the rooftop terrace, the pool and beach. What more could we ask for?

The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation. It's a pretty small parking area and there was a wedding occurring at the same time as we were checked in so it was even more busy.

There was renovation going on the patio . It was loud and lessened the ability to use the patio. Staff was great with helping us make the best of it.

The Landing Resort & Spa is a lovely retreat for those looking to relax. The location is simply stunning, offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains that create a peaceful ambiance. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and provide a cozy environment to relax in. Although the fireplace in the room wasn’t functional during my visit, it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of the stay. It’s a fantastic place for a quiet getaway, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to unwind and recharge.

The heater near the swimming pool didn't turn on as needed a new fuel tank. Staff promptly switched it over upon request. Jacuzzi wasn't working. Would suggest checking things like patio heaters are working on a daily basis if not done already and ensure guests are made aware ahead of time if things like the jacuzzi are out of order and an expected fix date.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic. Room was bigger and more luxurious than I was expecting.
