This cabin more than met all our expectations. Excellent location for our needs, friendly and prompt responses from our hostess, comfortable appointments, in a large, cozy, spotlessly clean cabin. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we're in the area!

The cabin was sooo cosy. Love all the little bears . The kitchen was well equipped, which made it easy to stay in and cook a meal. Loved the speaker in the bathroom. The location was great only a couple of minutes drive from Long Lakes with plenty of restaurants and grocery shop.

The inside of the house was absolutely beautiful! All the cute little touches make such a difference. There were great at keeping the driveway plowed so we could to come and go.

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like about the home or process.

The home was exactly as advertised, probably even better than advertised. We have been taking a hunting trip to Long Lake for 20+ years with my dad. My dad has been doing it for over 40 years. Last year was the first year we missed because of my mom's dementia. This year we decided to try to find a home to rent that would allow one of us to stay with her, while the others went out. We found the Lazy Bear Cabin and it did everything we needed it to do. Mom and Dad stayed in the bedroom and the boys stayed in the living room. There was plenty of room for everyone and we were even able to take showers daily, lol. Everything we needed was there and it was just great. We loved it.

The host provided a beautifully furnished and decorated cabin perfect for two people. Even provided snacks which we enjoyed after a long drive to get to Long Lake. Very much appreciated. It was a very comfortable place to stay. We hope to book again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at the Lazy Bear cabin - the place was much larger than expected and everything was kept in really good order - the shower was good and we were using the sofa bed as well due to the size of our group and that was incredibly easy to set up and put back. There was a lot of rain and snow as can be the case in the Adirondacks but the cabin was so well stocked with games that we were never bored even when staying in. Really great value as well.

The fire pit was not available for use

I love the whole house it was very cozy for me and my husband quite getaway. Wish we could have use the fire pit outside but other than that everything was great. Will be booking it again in future

The place is beautiful. Big enough to have a good time with 4 people. I went up in January and got stuck in the home for a few days due to a snow storm and I had a great time. The accommodations went above and beyond what I was expecting and everything was new and clean and set up properly. The staff do a very nice job and are great people. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend anyone to stay here who is looking for a unique., nice, affordable stay.

Truly, I really enjoyed my stay here.

I liked how it was a great location, only a few minutes’ drive to anything in the village, yet it was still private. Communication was reliable and messages were answered promptly. Check-in was very easy. The cabin itself had everything a guest might need and was exceptionally comfortable. The full kitchen is a blessing for those who wish to save some money or those who need to bring their own meals.
