The bars, restaurants, and spa prices were way too expensive for what you get. I also wish the shower had more than the rain shower head.

Everything, it's a newer hotel that opened not even 2 years ago. The rooms had excellent sound proofing, we couldn't hear anything from other rooms, nor from outside, like traffic, etc. We have stayed at countless hotels over the years, especially over the last few years due to my health, excellent and not so much. This hotel is probably one of the better reasonably priced hotels we've stayed at. I love how they had 2 bathrobes in the room, not 1 (I have stayed at other hotels where they only provide 1, despite it being a room for 2 or more people). They also had 2 packs of disposable slippers, q-tips and cotton balls in the bathroom. The TV coming out of the base of the bed was also amazing and we thought that the under bed lighting added the perfect amount of light for a nightlight. The bed was comfortable to sleep on and the mini bar in the room was beyond impressive, since they had full/medium size bottles of liquor that wasn't inside the mini fridge. The mini fridge also has soda and stuff as well. The bathrooms down by the lobby had actual hand towels, instead of paper towels to dry your hands off with.

AC didn’t work in the bedroom. We did get moved for night two, but something was leaking from the AC unit onto the bedroom floor. The place needs a maintenance checkup.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Room was spacious, well stocked and comfortable. Spa on site is fantastic! Lovely restaurant and bar, also on site and all in visual distance of Lambeau Field. Easy access to multiple external restaurants/bars; short trip to airport.

Had a few housekeeping issues not getting coffee or clean cups in the room and socks left under bed by previous visitor and we were out of toilet paper before it was replaced .. odd

My only complaint is pretty petty. I didn't like the automatic light in the bathroom. The bathroom was right next to the bed and that bright light would come on before one could close the door. There might have been a way to turn it off but I couldn't figure it out.

Excellent ambiance throughout...rooftop bar, restaurant, room. Great staff. Nice to have excellent food and drinks on site. Typically hotel bars and restaurants are sub-par.

The only small thing was it would have been nice if there was information in the room where things are located at. I was wanting to get some ice and didn’t know where it was at. I called down to the front desk to ask and they didn’t know where it was either. I did eventually find it. One other small thing was , it would be nice to have the option to turn the lights off under the bed at night . It gets really bright in there and I do personally like it dark to sleep.

I had included breakfast as part of my registration. However, I ended up not going to regular breakfast as it looked very slow and I had 30 minutes. The Cafe, was also slow but I got a latte and muffin to go.

The Legacy Hotel was incredibly lovely. The staff were nice, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the room service from Heritage restaurant was one of the best meals I've ever had.
