The room is clean, organized and I like that we have our own bathroom in our own room. Staff is polite and accommodating.

No locks for lockers provided, no shampoo either.

Friendly staff, check in and check out was very easy. They gave me an upgrade to men's room from mixed gender free of charge.

Cleaning can be better, found hairs on bed.

The staff were so accommodating and allowed for super early check in, load me a charger. Other could have helped finding food, but didn't But mostly they were nice. Great views.

The shower curtain should really be longer. The ones now didn’t really serve well. Water went everywhere in the shower and we had to use the towel they offer as a mat.

It was very clean and the bed and pillow were incredibly comfy! The location of the hostel was great(5-7 mins walk), and the staff were really helpful. The sunset view from the roof top was a lovely surprise! The activities were good, too! Not too many people participated in it, but it’s just because people were out I guess. The important thing is that the hostel offered what’s promised! The kitchen and recreation area was good too! I would definitely stay again!

The aircon is rather loud, but not a big issue as it wasn’t too disruptive to sleep.

Lots of common spaces to chill / work at, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room also came with a bathroom and shower, with lockers to store belongings in.

The property is clean. But my stay experience is fisturbed by co-habitant because dhe snored very hard and also naked while sleeping so i feel a bit uncomfortable

There is room for improvement. I was first in a room that had hangers for each bed but the second room didn’t and it was necessary for coats/towels. I also didn’t like that there isn’t anything to dry your hands with in the rooms, no paper towels, no hand towels, nothing. The girl that did my check-in was not super nice and she never informed that there were activities going on at the hostel and how to know about them. I found out about it when my stay was almost over. I feel like activities held by the hostel should be advertised differently. Besides from that, the rest of the staff was great. They helped me a couple times my key stopped working and also apologized about a guest that wasn’t polite with roomates and had a history of complains (the guest got kicked out which i think was a good decision) I will stay again in October and I hope to enjoy my stay again. Hopefully there will be some improvement coming from constructive criticism

I really liked this hostel, most of the staff was really nice, the location is really good, the view from the rooftop is incredible and the vibes from the hostel are nice! I also like that they have showers in the bathrooms outside the rooms too so you can shower outside the bedroom if someone else is showering inside. The little bar is really cute and not that expensive.

The floor is clean, but it looks dirty bec it’s an old flooring , I think the building was previously a machine shop or something to that sort. But we get what we pay for. The room 223 shower room has a peculiar smell. Luckily they did their best to move me to a different room bec I requested for a different bed ( bottom).

The customer service is amazing! You don’t need to spend a lot of money in the sense that eg. you can lend adaptor, hair blower and a padlock for FREE!
