The bed was super firm. The sheets were like having queen sheets on a king bed. We had to re-make the bed every day. The a/c did not keep the room cool enough.

Well for one the bagels every morning were hard. Then if u want more towels u have to bring down the other ones in order to get new towels. NO room service at all.. our first room had nooo air they fot us moved quickly at least.

The location and the front desk staff was very kind!!!!!!! Also getting the rides to and from the poop bar was awsome.

The location was nice. And the amenities were solid. The room was small and definitely had recently gotten the "landlord special" just a fresh coat of paint over everything. And the shower wasn't very lux and was dated. The pet friendly facilty was a perk. But after the resort fee's it would've been the same price to rent a 1 bedroom condo with a better view.

To continue... he ran our card for the beer and that charge came immediately to my husband's card. Not a card on file... a transaction. We opted to close it out and go somewhere else. My feelings are this... if this is your policy then be upfront with the guest. Explaining it one way and choosing a different avenue seems suspicious. We used to come to your establishment fir the car show many times in the past. We've had problems prior to the clean up and rebranding and always chose another place. We gave this establishment a chance because our friends raved about the new accommodations. I wasn't completely put out by our experience however the little issues did leave a bad taste.

My biggest concern was a few things. Not that I will tell anyone not to stay there i have concerns and for that we probably won't come back. Upon check in the gentleman at the counter asked for a card to keep on file for incidentals. I said you mean the card I paid for the room isn't enough? He said that was virtual. So I gave him my card. I was charged a pending hold of $100. When I asked why I was told because people can cancel their card and then trash the room. I do understand that to a degree.. however he said very specifically that they needed a card to keep on file...not pre hold $100. We asked if we could possibly book our room for another night. We were told that everything was booked. I got back on the website at dinner with my husband and saw that they had another room identical to ours that was available for the next night so we booked it under his name. When we came back to the hotel that evening we talked to the person at the counter and explained we booked a room online identical to ours and requested if we were able to keep the same room so we did not have to pack up and come back later and check in. He said he made a note and we were good. Next morning we go to breakfast and then to the store to get a few things...upon returning at 1030 am we saw the cleaning crew one door away from ours. So I grabbed our towels and asked if I could trade out. The lady cleaning said our room was on the list to be empty. So my husband went to the counter and talked to the nice lady working. She said there was a note about the booking but they were confused because it was booked under my husband's card not mine. They got everything sorted however I feel like if we had not come back when we did our things would have been removed and we would then have had to try to recoup our belongings. Later that night we went to encore to grab a bite to eat. We opted to sit at the bar.

small room, facing the driveway, the property was scattered, and didn't really have a lake access or clear view. the property was surrounded by a large marina.

breakfast was minimal, but okay, the room was okay and clean. staff were very nice and helpful. Easy getting around town from the property.

Rooms are below average. The tub would not drain until I removed the plug to find a massive hairball! No water views.The pool was nice. Breakfast is a COLD breakfast. That was disappointing. No fruit. Everything was processed. No gluten free options at all. We will not be returning.

At one time it was probably a nice place. A little dated now but not horrible. The breakfast we did not eat. The room description was misleading lake facing not lake view.

I wish the sink was and the mirror was outside the shower toilet area. Bathtub drain stopper didn't work.

Hair on floor and pillows..and this was found shortly after arriving and before we got in to bed.. Made me iffy about climbing between the sheets. Faucet at sink and shower head felt like they were going to fall off. Breakfast wasn’t much for a $200 stay. And who can eat $25 worth for a buffet? I had pictures of hair on the floor in several spots but it some how was deleted.

There is a problem with communication thru thrd party booking. They were pet friendly, but we weren't supposed to get a king as reserved only 2 queens. We werent suppose to get a view.Mentioned Handicapped when reserving ,they were not aware. Elevator not working so we couldn't use the pool.

They tried very hard to accommodate us. They put us in a non pet area. We were questioned by other employees about having a dog. They were pleasent in tell us. View was great. Because of no elevator working ;they offered to help carry things down. I am disabled and not able to do stairs.
