Great location. We stayed in the Seasons Bay Building. It was fine but definitely needs renovation. The resort as a whole offered several amenities but was just ok.

The fact that the night front desk lady was absolutely disrespectful. All we were doing was asking where the vending machines were because there are no signs indicating she proceeded to ask us if we were even staying at the hotel

The place looked dated, and needed some maintenance, carpet looked old and some of the walking paths were overgrown.

Like that we could take our dog almost everywhere there, staff was friendly and there seemed to be a lot of things to do, we only stayed one night.

The bathroom was slippery. I actually fell getting out and hit my head . So I would say more safety in the bathroom.

I liked the lodge, everyone there was nice. The restaurant on site were a great option. The movie theater was a great spot.

Some spiders in the room. Bathtub didn’t drain at all and was basically a bath after the shower. Just kind of outdated for a 4 seasons but good for a quick stay at the lake. Also no fridge in the room. Def could’ve had room for a mini fridge imo.

Fast check in. Appeared most rooms had a balcony. Staff was friendly even though check in was busy. Got there around 530pm on a Friday. The view was beautiful- and we did not eat at the property so cannot account for that but they had multiple options for dining.

To just be seated at one of the bigger tables. It was like 730pm.

Breakfast good. Tried to eat at HK but Hostess was confused and wouldn't seat us. There were 3 in our party and there was no line but there were empty tables and she was acting like she didn't want to seat us at a bigger table so we were disappointed and left. There were many tables open.

Outlying building property is horrible. Had to change to main lodge after one bad night in other area. Place is dated.

Stay in main lodge. Do NOT stay in outlying buildings. Main pool area is very nice. Food was good.

The room was very outdated. There was a wolf spider in the tub when we arrived, and we killed 2 more spiders while we were there. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. There was a beer bottle on our patio when we arrived. We left it. It's probably still there.

The indoor/outdoor pool was great as was the hot tub. The staff was amazing.

There's no continental breakfast... However, there is food in the hotel, but with the fee , I would expect a continental breakfast. Also, the air kept kicking off one night, so it took him until the next morning to actually fix the problem in my room.

The pools are awesome! Not overly crowded and friendly stuff! And the beds and rooms are nice and the view is amazing!

Also very dated and some of the interior water features were not operational which made it kind of sad. The shower took 8 minutes to warm up.

Classic luxury from the 60’s. Very interesting property and architecture. Excellent staff.

Getting our towels restocked. Also the phone in my room did not connect to the main lobby. I had to call down there on my phone to get towels. Also the TV picked and choose when it would work.

I like the convenience of the 3 restaurants and the pool area too. My room was comfortable and so was the bed,

The railing is worrisome on the patio, bathroom was dirty with someone else’s hair on the shower wall (felt almost dirtier after showering), extremely loud people next door and in hallway til 2am could not sleep.

Friendly staff, cheap room, restaurants on site, the pool, great vibes!!

Rooms REALLY need updated. The hallway carpet is terrible. Our bathroom shower faucet ran a steady stream - we could not get to turn off. The doors to the rooms looked very old & dated/worn. Bathroom vanity, lights & mirrors the same. I believe the resort at one time was probably 5 star but it definitely needs a renovation!

The pools were great. The facility was landscaped nicely, entry & lobby area was beautiful.
