The price

The beds were absolutely atrocious. Don't know how old the mattress was but it collapsed in the center. The bathtub had hair in it everywhere and there was black mold on the ceiling and around the tub. The front desk lady just put extra towels, toilet paper and other things one may need on a ledge by the main office but was not available at all. We will not be back

Cabins were nicely updated.

We didn't get the room i was booking. There was no refrigerator, so most of our food went bad, there was no jet tub that I thought we were getting. The bed was hard. Hot tub was not the best.

The view from the room was great, we were in room #1 right next to the hot tub entrance, which was nice. The room was very cute. And easy access to a trolley stop. Meaning you can leave your car at the hotel and get a day pass on the climate controlled trolley and explore all of Eureka Srings without having to drive and fight the traffic yourself or waste gas. The public transit there is great. We have been to Eureka many times but this was the 1st time we used the trolley.

Mattress was not very comfortable. The air conditioner unit was leaking so much we had to put a big towel down to soak up the water. We had to ask for a change of sheets before laying down, they were dirty looking with a lot of hair on them. Everything was nice after that except for at 4:30am we could hear the people in the room above us running around and making a lot of noise. Which means we didn’t get a restful good nights sleep before heading out the next day.

Very clean

The bed was clean and very comfy. The was constant hot water, so that was so nice.

There was a small piece in the ceiling with water damage that needed repairing.

The room was very clean and the bud was super comfortable!! Check-in was quick and easy, and so was check-out.

There was a coffee machine and cup lids, but no coffee or cups.

The outside looked kind of ild and rustic but the rooms were remodeled and new. I also loved that they are eco-friendly

Nothing it meet our expectations

The rooms were done really cute, beds were good and great location

You can’t check in till 3:00, we got into town earlier than expected, around noon and just wanted to drop our stuff off and freshen up but the owner said no, 3:00 pm

It was a great price, clean and comfortable. The owner got us what we needed when we called and was nice. Cute bear decor.

There was never anyone in the office, and we had to call several times to get checked in and fresh supplies. The room was pretty damp and was missing a couple lightbulbs.

The room was fine. The manager was pleasant enough but not really available.

The air conditioner was so loud, it sounded like a lawn mower in our room. It completely drowned out the TV and we almost had to shout in our room to hear each other. It actually broke down in the middle of the night. My credit card rep heard it and is starting a dispute claim.

It was in a quiet location.

Cute cabin decor. Very clean and comfortable.
