The spa is not close to the gym. Gym should have steam showers too or sauna to use

I was charged for the mini bar and don’t know why. Did not want to valet had no choice. Letting valet park your car was the only option.

Check-in wasn’t very smooth. We arrived an hour after check-in time and our room wasn’t ready. After waited for 20 additional minutes and told the front desk we were in a rush to get to a wedding that evening. We ended up having to switch to a room that was ready and then waited for our bags for another 20 before we went down and grabbed them ourselves.

there is a 35.00 per day extra fee that I didn't know about: A faculties use fee. For me I would have preferred to know up front or have it included in the price.

It was a bit difficult to navigate to the property and the breakfast options need to be a bit expanded. Otherwise, stay was perfect.

I recommend a house vehicle for local transport to restaurants and close venues within a few miles of the hotel. It would be a classy amenity for a hotel at this price category.

only valet parking for extra fee, no breakfast included, in room coffee makers do not work well and arent very good, no good spaces immediatley outside hotel to let your dog potty (great spaces across street), there needed to be more for the price at least free drip coffee for guests in the morning?

There was a flashing light in my room and bathroom all night. My wife slept through it, so I didn't ask to move rooms. But it was very hard to sleep with that.

Our lights cut off as we were getting ready for dinner, but within 10 minutes we were moved to a new room for the inconvenience. It was an upgrade from our previous room which was very nice. The staff was very apologetic and attentive to us on this matter.

The property was very well decorated, safe and clean. The staff was also wonderful and went out of their way to service our needs. The ambiance of the restaurant on the rooftop is amazing. We did not try the food, but the bartenders were extremely knowledgeable, kind and attentive. The drinks were great! We would return for another stay.

There is zero parking at the hotel and they force you to pay $60/night for valet. The parking situation in all of Austin is absurd, including this Hotel, other than that everything was great
