The rooms that we had were lovely, the location is excellent, the path to the beach could not be better, It is a lovely place to stay.

Maybe if the dogs weren't running off leash on the property land, I'd feel a bit safer for my pup not to get into wrestling business :) Nothing bad happened, dogs were well behaved, but I just had to be a little more alert than I wished to.

Lovely, cozy, clean and generally very pleasant stay, close to a beautiful beach! Will go back!

A few of the rooms are still being renovated; we were glad to have a newly renovated room instead of an older room. We would have preferred if each unit had its own tiny deck rather than sharing with the neighboring room.

Our room was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The owners are quite friendly and helpful.

The water from the sink had a sulfur like smell and taste. The paths to the beach were not marked and we got a bit off track.

The friendly staff and ease of check-in was great. The place was simple and comfortable.

The owners were so kind, great to chat with! Location was excellent, very close to the beach. Room was comfortable and clean and well equipped with all amenities you would need. Property also hosted RVs for dry camping. There was even a hose/water to rinse off our dog after beaching! Cute trail down to the beach with huckleberries to graze on trips back and forth.

Very nice stay! The motel has more of a cabin vibe! Very cute, more amenities inside than you’d expect. Right by the ocean. Cute little decks with chairs outside of each room. We arrived here much later than planned and I called ahead to check if this was okay with the host. She was very kind and made arrangements for us to still get in after hours. Would definitely recommend this place - great value for money!

I am a bit older, but I thought the rate was high - I know, I know... this is normal these days especially for a coastal area near a national park- but I remember the days when a drive up off the main road motel was the super-economy go-to. Not a big deal, just a lament for the "under $100/night decent stay wile doing a road trip days". The place was comfortable and would be fine for several days stay with a family. And still better rate than a lot of other places...

The location was great and the maze-walk to the beach was fun. The room was a decent size and the kitchenette was stocked with supplies. The hosts were very nice.

The window coverings didn't keep light out in the a.m., and there was no shampoo in the shower.

The place was clean and generally well-kept. It's a 10 minute walk through the dunes to the Pacific Ocean, with a beautiful fairly empty wide sandy beach.

There was not really anything we did not like about the facility.

Everything was great. The staff was personable and welcoming. The rooms were remodeled and well done. It was large enough to accommodate our group. We travelled with family and had two rooms together. We had hoped the beach was close and it was. Beach was a good compliment to the motel.

Our room was a little dated but we were really only there to change clothes and sleep. So we didn’t mind!

This place was so close to the beach you could hear the waves of the ocean all night. Also it felt tucked away and not in some crazy busy spot of town. The owner was SO SWEET! She was so kind to us and my four year old daughter and made our stay so special! The walk down to the ocean was part of the best part! The trail is through beautiful bushes and feels very labyrinth like. then being able to walk up and down the beach to where the river comes in was so cool! We saw bald eagles and found so many sand dollars it was so peaceful!

From the outside when you first pull in it looks run down. But once you get in your unit it is Extremely Clean and very cozy. We actually thought it was going to be one room with 2 queen beds and a shower. It was like a small apartment. Two bedrooms, nice size bathroom, living room and a full kitchen. We had chosen Lowtide Motel because they allow pets. We didn’t see any fleas which is a huge plus do to allergies to their bites. We had the beach to ourselves since it was midweek. Grocery store in walking distance and reasonably priced. I plan on using Lowtide Motel for all my future visits.

Clean & comfortable accommodation. Short but interesting access through a field of bushes and across a creek to a fabulous, quiet, wide and long beach. Friendly and helpful proprietor.

The stuffed chairs were present, but somewhat uncomfortable. The little kitchenette did not have a sharp knife.

The room was a bit dated, but we know that the new owner has been upgrading this motel bit by bit - so, it's great place to stay. Clamming doesn't need fancy, after all.

We have stayed here quite often. Had a more basic room this time. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The clam kitchen is exceedingly well equipped. Everything is very clean, and the location is basically a dune away from the beach. A gorgeous little grocery store is in walking distance. So is a tavern.
