Proximity to the beach. Small scale. Family feel. Lovely owners. Market a block away.

    Thin walls between units.

The manager was very friendly and welcoming. The room had all the necessities, fridge, microwave, kitchen sink. I would consider staying here again.

Nicely remodeled unit, but pretty small. Pretty far from the beach.

Surprised by the $25 cleaning fee.

Perfect. The room was better than any hotel I have stayed at lately. Beds were very comfortable and the beach or two minute walk. Beautiful.

That we only stayed one night.

Cute little place 2 miles down was Ocean City beach where you can drive on or right down the road was the wooden bridge you can walk to the ocean. The owners were super nice willing to help and get you anything you needed. Definitely recommend this place. The room was really cute and cozy

The room we had didn't have a TV in the bedroom area.

Everything was clean. Lots of coffee.Beds were comfortable.

Beds are too small for 2 people. Need queen size beds. Friend rolled over and fell out of bed.

Lovely, cozy, clean and generally very pleasant stay, close to a beautiful beach! Will go back!

Maybe if the dogs weren't running off leash on the property land, I'd feel a bit safer for my pup not to get into wrestling business :) Nothing bad happened, dogs were well behaved, but I just had to be a little more alert than I wished to.

This is an old hotel. The room was clad in pine from walls to ceiling and was very dark. It was clean and the person who checked us in was very nice. It was close to the ocean and you could hear it from the room, but it is a bit of a jaunt to get to it because there is a canal or a river between the hotel and the beach. The beach was fantastic.

The town closes up at 8:00 p.m. and if you get there late, you have to the next town over if you are hungry. I didn't like the added cleaning fee. I thought I was paying $85 for the room, which is all that it is worth, but it ended being $185 a night total and it definitely was not worth that price. Tough weekend for deals though, I guess (labor day weekend).

Our room was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The owners are quite friendly and helpful.

A few of the rooms are still being renovated; we were glad to have a newly renovated room instead of an older room. We would have preferred if each unit had its own tiny deck rather than sharing with the neighboring room.
