The fan in the bedroom was grinding and needs maintenance, oiled, or repair, but other than that everything was great! Therefore, I did not use the fan.

The Penthouse Suite was very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The ambiance was warm and inviting. Everything exceeded my expectations on my Birthday! The location was great. I was able to find parking on the lot on the corner of Garfield and Race. I ordered food through Uber Eats and enjoyed a relaxing, peaceful time over the weekend getaway!

We brought a bottle of wine with us to celebrate & could not find a wine opener anywhere. A message to the host asking about one went unanswered. Ended up going to a nearby hotel bar to get it open. I should have come prepared! Construction in the lower level entry, but this was expected when I booked.

Location convenient for walking downtown. Space was great! Rooftop area looked to be nice to spend time although the weather was too cold during our stay. Kitchen well stocked. Bed was comfy

I was blown away by the decor, the space, and the comfort. The hosts are very accessible, kind, and eager to help. I would have liked to stay longer and wish my wife would have been on this trip to enjoy this space with me. I travel a lot for my work and stay in very nice hotels throughout the US. This is one of my (new) favorite places to stay.

* No complaints for the place. Note for parking though: The building behind that’s noted to range from $10-30 a day ended up costing $50 for approximately 18 hrs of parking. If I do stay again I don’t recommend parking there.

The place is so nice with a little rooftop patio. We can see the host is very considerate and clean/organizes the place well. The bed is comfortable and many sofas out there, I can just pick any spot to spend the day. There is also a minibar to use and a complete package of kitchen sets. The place is quite and peaceful. The location is convenient to major places. An addition good point is parking is not very headache even in dt area. Multiple places to choose when parking and very easy to access.
