No full length wardrobe so was difficult to hang clothes. Breakfast was very basic, largely sugary snacks/cakes. It would have been nice to have some juices, more fruit and toast/bagels.

Beautiful scenic setting. Spacious, clean room. Comfortable bed, powerful shower. My flight was delayed and the communication from the staff around room access was excellent.

We wish that the hot tub and fire pit hours could have been extended to 11 pm, but I understand that quiet hours are a priority, as I imagine most guests are there to get up early and go to the park.

We loved the location, being close to town and visits from an entire family of elk one morning. Our room was very small, but clean. Breakfast foods were basic, but appreciated.

Hummingbirds, quiet, wonderful mattress for this elder, the owner helped me negotiation the park reservation system which I found challenging. It was very challenging.

Dana and the rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating (no idea how the negative reviews were encountered). Room was small-ish but comfortable. Hot tub was *amazing*

Nice rustic older Inn that has been redone very nicely. The room was cozy and comfortable. The finishes were very good compared to newer hotels. You can tell it is family owned and well cared for. Easy walking distance to the main shopping eating area in Estes Park. Great value.

Slightly disappointed in the continental breakfast, which was mostly packaged food and some fresh fruit.

Comfortable beds, easy access, very clean and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and hummingbird feeders. Access to the creek trail leading to downtown is a plus.

The room was fine but rather small. It had room for just our queen bed, basically. For the price we paid it seemed quite tiny. Also when I asked the front desk staff about restaurant recommendations etc they seemed to not really know much about restaurants in the area. The continental breakfast was just okay, not anything special. It also opens at 7 am which meant we couldn't access it the day that we had a timed entry for 6 a.m. to the park.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The location is great--just outside of downtown Estes Park, and a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. It was very fun to see the elk that graze in the front yard of the Inn. views of the mountains are lovely. Also they had hummingbird feeders and chairs in a little front patio which was a nice place to relax.

Dana and Peter were absolutely wonderful owners, who take pride in providing the utmost premium care and comfort to their patrons! The room was fantastic, the location and access was excellent and easy and it was quiet! I know where I'll be staying when I go back to Estes Park, and I highly recommend it as I've stayed in a lot of places that don't even come close to comparing to feeling at home, and a great atmosphere!

Nice property, and right on the shuttle route for downtown, and also the trail/pathway if you wanted to walk downtown. We enjoyed it!

We didn't know that we had to request maid service and thought it would be automatic. Refreshing coffee supplies and making the bed/emptying trash.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Hot tub and fire pit were very nice amenities. Good location. Walking distance to attractions.
