Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesAdorable!! The bedding is so nice and comfortable. The unit could use a small fridge for bottle water and restaurant leftovers. Also, a small blow dryer would be great. Super cute place.

United StatesIt was a disabled room which we requested but it had a big cowhide rug which We slipped on several times. It needs to have a shower chair or bench in bathroom It was a bit pricey for no more than they offer. No personal on site.
It was clean bed was comfortable

United StatesMy only complaint would be the codes didn’t always work to let you into the room which was inconvenient. And it could be a little noisy if there were people down in the patio or walking hard up the steps, but for the most part, we really enjoyed our stay.
This was such a cool fun little place. In the heart of town square. Walking distance to tons of eating places and shopping.

U.S. Virgin IslandsJust the bed height and only one chair. No room for more.
The location was GREAT. The accommodations are cramped due to the nature of the hotel made from containers. We knew this going in. The idea is charming the decor is adorable. Most folks would love it but we are older and I am very short. We needed more space; I had to get a stool to get into the bed which was only accessible from one side or the bottom.

United StatesI felt like a small refrigerator, a box of tissues, a hair dryer and a place to put my phone, the tv remote etc next to or over the bed would have made it perfect.
Good location, very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. It was also nice to have the restaurant next door and the coffee bar. And both were dog friendly!

United StatesWe had a horrible night sleep. Staying in unit number nine, next to the stairs, we were woken up with anybody who wore boots or heels and heading upstairs late in the night. There was also yelling downstairs, I assume it was because the bar closed next-door and those people decided to hangout in the patio area near the units. We reached out to the staff, but never heard back from them. The noise settle down, but only came back later to the point where we were ready to call the police. We didn’t know if people were fighting or what was going on. I recommend you close the tables and downstairs area at a certain time and request that Guests to stay quiet after 11 PM. Padding on the stairs for those who have heels and are walking up would be beneficial while those are sleeping at night.
This place is adorable! Such a fun idea and a cozy room that has everything you need. We also enjoyed breakfast downstairs, great atmosphere to wake up to.

United StatesThe AC!! It took over 8 hours to cool down to a comfortable temperature. The host tried to accommodate us with another room, but it was same AC situation. Sometime in the middle of the night it hit a good temperature so we were able to sleep.

United StatesThere is no one onsite. You have to call owners if you need anything. You can hear every car that drives by, so bring a noise maker to drown out the outside noise. If you're claustrophobic, this is not for you. The rooms are made out of shipping containers 8x20. Neat concept.
The room was clean. The containers are located in the middle of town. Great town square to walk.

United StatesRoom is extremely tiny and there is no sound insulation. Anyone walking past the door, I used to wake up with every step someone takes. It was extremely pricey for all these issues. Room was maintained well and it was ok as i was alone. If 2 people try to stay there, they will keep bumping into each other. There was only 1 plastic chair,a double bed and a small desk, that's it
All self help, email before checkin was clear and smooth. Room was clean and well kept. I didnt have to meet anyone or seek any assistance which is essentially a good thing

United StatesThe metal "sea containers" surrounded by metal stairs situated between brick buildings create a bit of an echo chamber when there are partiers in the courtyard. Once everyone went to their rooms, it was perfectly quiet.
Excellent location on the town square! Very interesting room in a "sea container" - nicely appointed. There's a cute courtyard with a coffee cart, and a pub right beside it.
