The only very minor issue was that the air conditioner was sort of noisy. We liked the history of the house.

The breakfasts we had on two days were great. Everything was quite good.

A truly special place – an old house full of history. The rooms vary quite a bit in quality. At first, I stayed in a small room where the bed was much too soft for me, but the host was very generous and offered me another room – much larger and with a very comfortable bed. The only downside in the new room is that there’s no sound insulation, so you can clearly hear the main road as well as the neighbors in the next room – even their conversations. But at night it was very quiet, which made it much easier to rest. Overall, the place itself was so lovely, and the neighbors were so nice, that it really didn’t bother me

    Nothing that comes to mind.

Location was ideal for visiting family in Littleton. Love the historical charm and history of the house. Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning and plenty to sustain. Host/Hostess/Staff very friendly and helpful. Amazed at the cleanliness of our room as well as the rest of the house. Will be staying again on the next visit. Have already recommended to other family members.

The Mulburn Inn was absolutely beautiful! The house is gorgeous inside and out. Karen has exceptional taste in decorating. Dave showed us around the downstairs area and told us about the history of the inn. He also cooked an amazing breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again. I can't wait to see what it looks like at Christmas!

The property could use some general maintenance—furnishings and fixtures are showing their age, and certain areas feel a bit neglected. With a little more attention to upkeep, this inn could be truly outstanding.

Beautiful historic property with lots of character. The location is quiet and peaceful, and the host was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely—fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and a great way to start the day. The common areas are charming, and the overall atmosphere is cozy and relaxing.

The shower was an experience. Felt I needed an attendant to work the shower from the outside. But it’s part of the charm of an old inn.

Bethlehem is a gorgeous little town and the inn is gorgeous with friendly host and amazing breakfast. All you need to make your vacation special. We where there for hiking in the Franconian Notch and really appreciated Dave and Karen having everything neatly stocked. We could get coffee, tea and nibbles and be on our way, then same in the afternoon while decompress on the lovey porch after a 12 mile hike.

    We liked everything!

The Mulburn Inn is a beautiful and historic property in downtown Bethlehem, NH that is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, with all modern conveniences, including WiFi. Our room was beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable. The Inn is on Main Street and close to wonderful restaurants, shops, and a great (James Beard award wining) ice cream shop. It is also convenient to beautiful hiking and sightseeing sites in the White Mountains. Karen and Dave are wonderful, kind and hospitable hosts, and the breakfast was fantastic - especially those blueberry muffins! Thank you Karen and Dave!
