Air-conditioner was noisy.

Good sized modern room with comfortable bed. Good water pressure and nice towels. Free coffee, filtered water & books available. Small nice outdoor area.

When we got there, 24 hour coffee facility is not working which I was looking forward to. The price is high when we booked. Oh well it's Palm Springs and it's a holiday.

This property is immaculate clean. The facility is cute with colorful interior.

Noise from outside and the room above could be heard in our room at night. We were unlucky because there were all night roadworks on our first night and on the second night there were noisy guest arriving back at 1am! The hotel did provide earplugs, which we needed to use during our 2 night stay. I expect that the roadworks are complete by now because we stayed in March.

The location was great and the room size was good. We also had breakfast as part of our booking which was provided at a diner a couple of blocks away. The breakfast was great.

The bathrooms at the inn were open and so water would splash into the toilet sink area.

Rick's Restaurant was awesome at serving us our breakfast, servers were super nice and treated the people from the Inn with complimentary breakfast as a regular paying customer that we ordered something extra both days. The lady at the front office was super awesome and proactively explained to us the nearby attractions and asked us if we needed anything at all the 2nd day and left us things outside the door, their free coffee machines in the lobby were very tempting and the lobby was a good hangout area for my kid while we both ended up working from the hotel half day Friday (one inside the room & another in the lobby with the kid).

Good location. Nicely set out private little place. Rooms are nice and spacious too. Bathrooms and kitchen areas could do with an update but everything worked perfectly fine so no complaints. Staff were super friendly and helpful whenever we needed them and have a great coffee machine in the communal area that’s complementary.

Very cute boutique motel in a good location. Nice spacious room. Loved the coffee machine and water dispenser. Very friendly staff, who showed us to our room. She also gave us information about sights to see, and the food/vendor street fair on Thursday nights.

The property has lots of personality, very friendly staff, and good amenities. In the evening, the walk into town is an easy 30 minute stroll. They have bikes to borrow for free - if you venture into downtown during the day, we highly recommend doing so to reduce the very hot walk. Breakfast with vouchers at Rick's was excellent. Very strong and hot shower. A/C in unit worked well. Love the local art all around the site! We didn't use the pool, but looks well kept with towels provided.

Old style bathroom and water in the bathroom can be better. Maybe it is the dessert that is the best they can do.

Whole place feels dated but not in a retro chic way just tired. Breakfast was a good ten minutes walk away and the voucher option was extremely limited so if you want to grab a bite and go then you probably wouldn't go there. For the price this was below expectations.

Only stayed one night and it was OK. Decent location for the cable car ride. Breakfast voucher was for a diner a couple of blocks away and it was good quality. Parking was right outside the hotel which was great. Staff were helpful.

This is such a cozy, well-managed motel. The staff and facilities were great. I was traveling with my dog, and they made us both feel extremely welcome. Highly recommend.

Clean. Welcoming staff. Coffee machine and water fountain were a great treat. The swimming pool was great and fresh towels were available. The grounds of the properties are well kept. Our room was cleaned daily and our bedding changed during our stay (5 nights total)

This was an older place - or so it seemed to me. But then I realized this was probably quintessential Palm Springs. I never did find out about the history of the place - when it was built. But it really is a very quaint hotel.

The location was perfect for me - 1 mile to my brother's house. This was the first time I stayed here, and it seemed a little disappointing at first. But after a couple of days, I noticed the great detail taken in the decorations, and the very pleasant lobby and sitting areas in the facility. So, I really started enjoying the place quite a bit. I was very glad to have the breakfast coupon to Rick's Restaurant, and went back there very often during my stay.
