Although breakfast was not included in my reservation, there were sufficient choices, the portions were plentiful, and the cost was reasonable. The service was friendly.

    I cannot think of anything.

Pet friendly. $85 pet fee for the entire stay. I stayed two nights and paid $85. My dog (Female Shih Tzu) needed a grassy area to potty and there is a spot 4 blocks away. Dining/Bar/gym facilities in the hotel are very nice, no issues. Staff is very helpful, no issues with staff. Stuff to do during the day, surrounding area has food and shopping. Great location.

I was charged $300 for each charge to my room for room service. This is the first time at a hotel that this happened. My personal account was charged (temporarily) a total of $799.56 for three separate charges. I do not like my back account to be deducted for every charge to the room, other places it would charge what I paid for. I didn't like that the I could not control the air temperature in the room. The room has the control, but the hotel controls the temperature. I like to have the controls to circulate air in the room. The valet parking is $65 each night, with the option to retrieve your car in and out during the day. If you are here multiple days you pay that each night or be forced to find parking else where. I did not plan for parking fee's when i planned this trip, so beware.

    The room was nice

They mismanaged my check in and double charged me for the room, it was irritating then they said I didn’t pre pay for the room but I did through booking. They simply didn’t handle things well

I liked the room, very luxurious and spacious. I loved the body lotion provided. The two restaurants/bars in the hotel are amazing and the location to shopping and other restaurants is fantastic.

The staff at Urban Farmer is not welcoming. Everyone looks depressed and no one smiled. We had breakfast and no-one was at the hostess station so we sat ourselves and multiple bus people kept saying to check in at the podium. The hostess was talking to another table but no one from the staff bothered to tell her we were waiting. The waiter was almost rude and irritated by us is how we felt. My eggs and my friends eggs were cold when I received them but didn't want to bother the server as I felt it wasn't worth it at that point. I did not want to leave much of a tip but I did leave 18%. The night before we were accidentally given two orders of fries and they did take one of them off. so that was good.

The view from our hotel was fun to see. The Christmas tree was up in the town square. The complementary chocolates were very nice. Thank you!

The champagne I ordered was Rose flavored, if I knew it was going to be rose then I would not have ordered it. I also received a congratulations card with my name and another women’s name. My husband’s name is Bob, not Allison. It was a nice gesture, but a little odd. I have no idea where that name came from.
