The key fob process. There were two locations in the garage for different properties. We could NOT open the lock box to deposit the key when we left. It was time consuming and frustrating as we had to return a rental car and catch a plane. Another time the fob couldn’t open the gate and we had to walk up the garage driveway.

Convenient location. It was nice to have a kitchen. Reasonably quiet for being in a city.

If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs because the proximity to the college has some party animals out on the street when the bars closed. Also, the hot tub was not working but there wasn’t anything that would stop us from staying here again.

Travelled for work with a coworker for some classes in Downtown Phoenix. The location, the room, parking, and communication were fantastic. We had a 2 bedroom, to our surprise each room had its own deadbolt and full size bathroom. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we could possibly need within walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again.

Should have had a guide to explain the different restaurants and local hangouts in the area. There was quite a few to discover in the area.

The location was close to all amenities. The room was clean and well appointed with modern furniture. The building and parking was very secured.

It seems that the Internet connection is not adjusted for people from outside the US. The system somehow uses wrong country codes (with extra digits that are not accepted by European phone providers). I wasn't able to connect my phone to the network at all and could connect my computer only after registering a US number (with the help from the host).

The apartment has a fantastic location. I was overwhelmed by how many wonderful places were easily approachable on foot from this neighborhood (The Heard Museum, the various galleries and bars in the Art District, and even Heritage Square). This is a vibrant new part of the city which feels like a brand new Phoenix. The apartment is well equipped and has all necessary amenities. The bed was particularly comfortable and I loved having breakfast on the balcony in the morning sun. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. I am quite thankful for the impeccable instructions on how to get the keys for the lock box and the video accompanying the instructions.

Mattress way too soft, uncomfortable. Refrigerator needs serviced, makes loud noises when running. No drain plug for the tub. TV needs an antenna option, only one local news channel with no sports. Drunken loud people outside every night until early morning.

I have OCD and the apartment was super clean I definitely was able to relax my Teenage son loved it and the beds were super comfortable.

The cement floors are so filthy our feet were black. Windows that dont seal, Noise from bar across the street could be heard in the apartment. Cars revving their engine late night. The dishwasher was broken and filled the sink with nasty gunk. The coffee machine stopped working. The management company is in Canada, so good luck getting anything resolved.

The air conditioning did not work. The temperature outside was 95 degrees F. The noise level outside (it was Friday night and there appeared to have been much partying) prohibited opening windows. The owner was in Montreal (the apartment was in Phoenix) and communication was spotty at best. I tried to contact them Thursday night when I realized the a/c was not working properly. I finally succeeded Friday morning but the problem was not fixed before my departure on Saturday morning. I understand the difficulty of remote operation but the owner has to try harder.

The location in terms of convenience (in the center of town) was fine. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable.

Great location close to ASU and restaurants. Covered parking was great to have. The places was plenty big for my family. Having two bathrooms was a big plus.

The apartment needed some TLC. The furniture was new, but the carpet, concrete floors, and bathrooms needed an upgrade/cleaning, and the dryer on and off switch was inoperable. The street noise was also an issue. The garbage trucks were out everyday at 5AM and were loud.

The location was great. Restaurants, mini grocery store in walking distance, and the airport was minutes away.

The TV in the room to the right on the west side the TV did not work or connect to wifi

How clean the room was, the showers the bedding. The extra utensils and items and cleaning supplies left for just in case use. It was comfortable, my family was comfortable.
