Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesEnjoyed our stay in Room #2. Check in was easy: received a text with the door code to get in the building and the code for the key locker to get our room key. Room was clean and comfortable, next door to the convenience room with coffee, water, a fridge, washer/dryer and treadmill and close to the exit that opened onto a private patio sitting area. Very close to restaurants, coffee shop, a mini-market, theatre & museum and even close enough to walk to the cruise terminal. Would stay again on another cruise out of Galveston.

Love the Oleander! Location is amazing! We could easily walk to The Strand! It's so nicely decorated and roomy too! Loved the large tile shower and cozy sitting area to relax. It's super cute! Planning to return.

United StatesStreet noise depending on which side of the property your room was located on. There was a mishap with our reservation due to me having to cancel a credit card due to fraudulent activity. I don't always check email and I had to update the card on file within a specific timeline which thankful I did. However when we pulled into the property and I looked to see why we hadn't received our access code I found our reservation had been cancelled. Praise Jesus the room had not been booked so we were able to rebook it and get in without incident.
I loved the location, the decor, the outdoor patio, the service, the ease of checking in, the assigned parking space, and the appointments of the room.
