Cable and wifi and TV. The remotes didnt work for the TVs just the leaving room TV had work for cable. Need to get that fixed.

dishwasher did not work and was holding smelly water, ceiling fans would be nice in the bedrooms

2 bedroom apartment was nice with 2 nice bathrooms, air conditioning worked well, nice balcony, nice pool area

The only biggest problem we had was that the condo was not cleaned upon arrival. We had to wait about 45 minutes for the cleaning crew to show up. While they were very nice and did a good job we still had to wait for another member to come drop off clean linens. So, from the time I called in the problem at 5:00 pm until we received the clean linens at about 8:30 pm our first night was ruined. Still waiting on a refund that was promised.

The property was fine. We loved it! The space was great. The location was also great. We were able to enjoy the different attractions around us.

The floors was very dirty. I did not go to the beach but sand was everywhere.

The dryer did not work. I called for maintenance twice and was promised with a time for them to fix it but. But they never showed. I had to travel back home with wet clothes.

Everything was good. I got a little disappointed because about 20 minutes before we checked out my 9 yr old had to use the restroom and I was told by the clerk at the front desk that I wouldn’t be given time for him to finish because we needed to be out before 10:00 am.

I like the fact that it’s located next to everything you may want or need.

The unit we stayed in. Had run down furniture. The patio furniture was falling apart. The recliner in the living room was unstable. And it was all very uncomfortable to sit or sleep. The garbage disposal was very smelly. We put ice down there to clean it and it backed up a brown nasty water in both sinks. We kept doing the ice treatment until it was unclogged. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked. No measuring cups or spoons. There were only two forks. The restaurant downstairs was out of everything. No hairdryer in unit. The unit advertised dvds to watch but there were none. The TVs were confusing remotes weren’t with the right TVs.

We purchased muffins and coffee at the little cafe. It was good. We enjoyed the outside bar and swimming pool. The location was great. Bochamps was incredible! Will go back to Destin just to eat there.

Upon arrival our room did not look, smell, or feel very clean and it was really disappointing. There were multiple lights that did not turn on and also multiple tv that we could never get to work.

The pool area was a lot of fun and it was conveniently located to attractions!

6 remotes for tv in living room Missing back and batteries. Could it get tv to work Kept having to get room key card redone because it wouldn’t let me in Made at least 6 trips up and down Wife was not happy Security guard was great that night Helpful, personable , accommodating, funny she was the highlight of our very short stay. That and resort pool Midnight would have been great for pool close didn’t get checked in and card didn’t work twice So we only got 40 minutes in pool. Otherwise nice property Nightmares stay again

I didn’t like how the room wasn’t properly cleaned & there weren’t enough beds to accommodate everyone like it was suppose to be. Also the queen or king sized bed was leaning on one side as if it were broken & propped up with something

I booked a 3bdrm, 3 ba. for 3 adults. I got a 2bed/2ba. I spoke to the front desk, told to call Vacasa. Called vacasa, was told to call Booking. com, called them they said call vacasa. See where I'm going with this. It is an old room in need of serious upgrades. The outdoor furniture was raggedy. The queen bed was leaning, the mattress lumpy. There were no extra towels, 3 large,3 washcloths, 2 hand. The carpets were scary, I wouldn't put my feet on those. To eat it was over priced and under performing was a serious understatement

1.The lovely view of the parking lot of the strip mall, 2.the 4 foot tall bed I had to use a step stool to get in ,3. the 2091 steps to the room from the parking garage 4.standing in the hallway because our keys wouldn't work, called security no one ever came so my sister had to run the gauntlet again to have the keys turned on because she forgot to hit the red button to activate them. 5. The peace of resistance, getting a parking violation because our parking permit had expired and I had paid $30 extra to stay until 2 pm.

The chairs in the corridor that my friends and I could stop to rest before the next leg of our Odyssey to our room .
