Mini split AC unit in the room kept the room nice and comfortable. The room came equipped with a 50” LG smart TV for streaming shows/movies. Bed is comfortable for the price, I am 6’2 300 pounds and slept comfortably. There’s a nice patio area with a propane fireplace and comfortable outdoor furniture. Property is walking distance to the Ocean Park. Another added bonus for this property is the laundry machines on site.

Loved my stay at Palomar Inn. I was in the area for a memorial. Easy check in, lovely comfortable bed, big shower. Coffee, microwave, fridge - all the things. It's quite close to 101, but honestly that wasn't much of an issue. It's also two blocks from the beach and a lovely walk along the shoreline. Thanks!

This is a small motel; rooms are small but very clean with parking right in front of the room. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable and the staff, who are the owners, is very nice. Excellent location easy travel to Pismo Beach, Avila Beach areas

A last-minute stay. bathroom was clean & recently updated. newer flooring & newer bedcovers. room was tight, but all-in-all, comfortable. close to freeway but not a problem. within walking distance to cliff-side walking path. Great stay for price!

The walls are paper thin, I could clearly hear normal conversation in adjacent rooms if my room was quiet. Also the facility is a little older and could use a "facelift"

"Mom" at the front desk didn't speak enough English to do simple task of checking in customers, had to call someone to translate. The room, while sufficient and appearantly somewhat recently renovated, needs a little attention. There's a crack/separation of a 12"-15" diameter section of the ceiling above the shower stall, the grout on som areas of the til(corners) needs to be repaired/replaced, the bathroom mirror wasn't hung on the wall, but instead was left to rest/balance on the sink faucet fixture, pushing down on the sink. The a/c remote was hard to understand and no basic instructions were provided.. And Last but not least, the floor needed a better "swiff"! The room was generally clean but, when walking across the bathroom floor towel after walking around the room, there was a considerable amount debris that transferred to the damp towel from our feet after being picked up by them while walking around.

Good price for the location amenities were sufficient
