We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesDesk clerk was hard to locate on arrival and departure. The ice machine on my floor was not operational. First place I have stayed that required a $100 deposit. Clerk said it would be refunded in 3-5 billing days, clerk couldn't explain why the charge, and doesn't show up on the receipt. Not at all impressed. I will not be back.
The price was average or better, than most in the area/ The room was neat and clean.

United StatesThe only thing I really didn't like was that the rate was not on the sheet when checking in. But I double checked it at check out and it was fine. Just like to be able to confirm at check in.
The bed was super comfy. It was like laying on a cloud. The room was spacious, breakfast was hot and good verity. We can not comment on the restaurant and the pool as we didn't use either. However the restaurant had a nightly special list at the front desk and also gave hotel guest 10% off their meals which is super nice.

United StatesWe went into the resturant/bar area to shoot some pool. We were told they already stopped serving food which was fine. Got a couple drinks and $5 in change from the bartender. We were into second game of pool and another employee who was at the bar drinking with a few others shut the lights off above us. No one came over and said we are closing or mentioned that part (we were there maybe 30 min) yet the lights were on directly above the rude ass employees who again were drinking... they appeared to be done with their shifts yet still represent the hotel. If it were based on these people, they deserve a 1 and that is only because of the bartender... she was pleasant
The hotel is very clean and the front desk staff goes above and beyond. We booked the room online and unfortunately the room we were supposed to get was having work done on it (jacuzzi room). The gentleman at the desk was able to communicate with his supervisor and we got an even better deal getting upgraded to the deluxe suite (the jacuzzi was the whole reason I booked here). Breakfast had a good variety to choose from (eggs, biscuits, gravy, a meat, along with fruit and cereal type items) we were definitely satisfied and full. I gave the hotel an 8 because of the front desk courtesy, food and cleanliness.
