Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

First room the smoke detector was beeping( low battery possible) we were given another room so no problem- no coffee maker/ no Kleenex - these would be nice

The mattresses were dirty and had stains on them. And I found a roach in the refrigerator. Overall pleasant though.

I needed a place to stay while waiting to move into my new place. I work nights and go to bed late because of this. There are no do not disturb signs and housekeeping woke me up every single day without fail, I talked to the front desk and I was supposed to only receive housekeeping two days a week so I could sleep but that was never communicated to the housekeeping and I was still woken every day of my stay there. Also during my stay I killed probably 30 bugs including a big cockroach.
I liked the location, it was very convenient and close to work, quick access to the freeway

There were some problems w my door to whereas it wouldn’t stay closed and it was able to be opened without a key at certain periods of the night. I stayed here with my 10 yr old daughter so it was pretty alarming.
The staff and everyone was great. The room service was effective and quick and friendly, very accommodating.

Found out after checking in that the pool was closed. This should have been told before booking. I would have found another hotel. I was offered to check out early, but wouldnt get a fefund for 3 weeks,
Location. I do like staying here for it is convenient to where I need to go.

i was told i would be accomdated if i arrive early and i ddid . After being in a Car for 6 hours iwas told i had to come back at 3 pm So i csnce snd went to Express Inn& Suites and the room was nice and clean no complaints paid a extra 20.00 for checking in a few hours early .

There is lead information taking that I was staying at an American best value inn and to my surprise it was a cheap motel line hotel
I have already sent an email to complain about it. The ad in booking.com has misleading information. It is advertise as an American best value inn, however, the hotel has a very different name

Didn’t feel safe, was dirty and run down and they have roaches climbing all over the bed.
I left early due to an emergency and the manager said he would Credit my back the last 4 days to my credit card. He never did. And no one is answering the phones

For 2nd year in a row, the pool was not open even when I inquired in advance. This time, not only was the pool drained, it will be removed. The major reason I booked here was for the pool. When I mention this, the only response was I can check out and go somewhere else. I love the place over all, but will never stay here again.

Being woke up by two prostitutes knocking on my door at 2 AM. The building exterior and pool needs to makeover. It looks like it’s in progress because there have been some upgrades to the room so I guess they just haven’t gotten to it yet.
I was able to get a good nights rest most of the night. I actually enjoyed my stay overall. Their prices are budget friendly, the room was clean and did not smell like cigarette smoke or weed smoke. There was no bedbugs or roaches. There was hot water unlike another property that I booked where I had to take a cold shower and sleep in my car which is where I am as I am typing this review wishing that I just extended my stay another night instead of booking somewhere else because it was $10 cheaper. Yes you get what you pay for.
