The toilet keep on running. The freezer door was broken in the refrigerator so there was a lot of ice in it. There was no bar soap in the room so I got 2 from the front office.

The room was good. Liked the nice king sized bed. It was quiet and liked the deck. The kitchenette was nice to have to keep my bottled water cold and reheat my leftover omelette. The front office was staffed with very nice people when we checked in. They told us how it get to the grocery store and a great fish and chip restaurant.

The property was pretty dated. The one small elevator had some issues. Mostly we were disappointed that the restaurant on the property is currently closed and we'd looked forward to trying it.

The staff was great throughout our stay. The location was great and the comparative value to other properties in Ocean Shores was good.

Caught hotel staff at night vaping THC and while lobby area smelled like weed. Mgmt missing opportunity with in-site bar/restaurant. Need to have entertainment in bar, trivia, karaoke, band etc and advertised in hotel/rooms.

*Housekeeping didn't do a very good job of vacuuming under the chairs. Our 10 month old crawler found lots of interesting things under the chairs and TV stand (minus the TV) *No TV in the living room area. Only in the bedrooms. *No PHONE in any of our rooms to call even down to housekeeping front desk, let alone 911 if needed. I know most people these days have cell phones, but you would still think they would have a phone for use within the hotel or emergencies only. *Need replacement trash bags for garbage in the kitchen, paper towels, etc. (Hint...bring some with you) *The restaurant on site was not open. Don't know if that is a temporary thing or now permanent since just a couple weeks before making my reservation, people had left reviews about the food.

Roomy. 2 bedrooms. 2 king bed suite with small kitchen. 2 balconies. 3rd floor. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Close to beach access, shopping & restaurants. Lots of big windows to see outside for the deer and the ocean in the distance over the tall foliage and sea grass. Nice little playground area for the littles to run and play. Great for a little getaway with grandchildren and family. Will stay here again

Our room wasn't ready for almost an hour and a half after check in. Was very disappointing. The elevator and hallways smelled of mildew/mold pretty strongly. The carpets in the room and in the hallways had a lot of stains- could use a good steam cleaning or new carpets. The arcade was fun- but I think the games should be free for paying guests. Also, the arcade/game room was very hot - needs a fan or ac unit. The pool was freezing cold, almost intolerable.

Staff was nice. The room was spacious, clean and accommodating to our needs. The beds were comfortable. The sleeper sofa was somewhat easy to set up, the hot tub was very nice. The arcade was ok.

Bad timing the spa was down. Hot tub wasn't working. The restaurant was closed due to problems. Apparently., the room was so so I thought it was kind of dirty they should really do something with the carpet

I rented a suite and came with quite a few people more than a regular room, and staff seemed like we were a bother to ask for extra things like towels. When obviously we had a bigger room with more guests

The beds in 116 are in serious need of replacement. It could use an upgrade overall, but we'll probably return, nonetheless. We always do.

Room smelled fishy, glasses in the cupboard were dirty. Parking was very full when we arrived later in the evening to check in Friday night.

Pool and sauna/hot tub had adult swim hours from 10pm to midnight. "Studio" room was just the right size for two, with a well-stocked kitchenette. Deck patio was very nice. Arcade had lots of machines and a billiards table.

There was no option for breakfast we had to go out to eat breakfast and the food wasn't all that good for the prices. and I didn't like the coffee. Other then that it was a good experience.
