The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. We arrived a little early but they checked and the room was ready so they let us check in early. All of the staff was friendly, sincere and helpful.

Clean room, shower was nice, bed comfortable.

Concrete floor, did not like that. Concrete damaged in spots, not warm, concrete looks cold and bare. The website shows robes for the room, we had no bathrobes.

The staff was very friendly and dealt with queries and requests promptly. The hotel restaurant is very good, with abundant and varied food and very friendly staff. Our room was very spacious.

Parking is free, although it should be noted that it is located in the city center and on one occasion we had to park in the nearby hotel parking lot because the hotel parking lot was full, possibly because of some nearby event that filled all the spots (this was a solution offered by the hotel itself when we asked what we were doing with our car). It was a bit uncomfortable to think what would happen in high summer season if you wanted to park and didn't have secured parking after driving all day. The sofa beds are very uncomfortable, as it is a spring bed base, nothing comparable to the main bed, which is king size, at least in our case. If you stay for several days, you may not rest too well. Perhaps it would be more convenient to think of better quality beds in case of traveling in a group and needing additional beds. In the living room you are supposed to have something like a kitchen, although you simply have a sink and a refrigerator. You can't heat up a glass of milk for the kids, for example, since it doesn't have a microwave. You're not really thinking of cooking in a hotel room, although it's not understandable that the design of the room is like a kitchenette, with a sink and fridge, and there's not even a microwave. The sink was quite dirty, although I understand that some client would use some product that deteriorated it quite a bit. On the other hand, in the design of the room it is not understandable that there is a terrace type table (metal chairs and tables) and not something a little more elegant, taking into account the type of hotel in general.
