The room and hotel needs renovation. And staff actually present. There was broken toys and plastic all in the pool. The hotel was just dated and could definitely use updating and more attentive staff

Had to call the number on door the maintenance/Front desk about toilet not flushing he came up hit the back of toilet and told me I had to lift back of toilet bowl up every time to flush... no parking pass so anybody could park there and if you don't have a parking spot the front desk /maintenance man said go park somewhere else Sorry.. Everything nasty Ice machine nasty and broken you can tell broken for years..evelator nasty and inspection sticker for elevator expire 2021

Very outdated, dirty rugs all throughout the the public areas, no local or regular tv, unable to watch regular tv ( no cable) had to ask staff to bring a larger fridge to the room, furniture and lamps dirty, outside area dirty, no staff at front desk and office closed and locked through entire stay . Only a phone number if we needed to reach anyone for assistance. Ice machine out of order, furniture on main floor discussing dirty. Never saw any one cleaning or maintaining the pool area. Someone threw out slices of bread in the pool area.

Cigarette butts every where in a no smoking facility , stains on carpet, some of my doors would not lock, air conditioning worked poorly, sad place to stay. Room was never cleaned, had to go and ask for towels, toilet paper. Bugs in room.

Everything, it was too many bugs, the cleaner made me make my own bed up. Room never got cleaned till AFTER my stay . I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days.

The window pane outside on the balacony had mildew all over. It rained pretty hard for a while on Saturday evening and the walk ways flooded. There was someone sweeping the water off. The elevator wasn't too pleasant, at one time it smelled like raid and later it smelled refreshing. Everyone were talking about the roaches. Most seen at least one in their room. The hotel needs a burn down and rebuild. Even though you can cookout there, it isn't good with all the roaches there and no direct kitchen area.

The location of the hotel was great. Wasn't too far from every and anything. The hotel lets you cookout on its property. Good fellowship.

Dead gnats all over table and dresser upon arrival, killed a roach in our room, bathroom light bulb was out so we moved a lamp in there, freezer not cold enough.

Sheets were ok the comforter was dirty. A few of the towels were dirty. Gnats in the windows and flying around the room. And there was no hot water most of the time. No tv remote. No coffee for coffee maker. No telephone in room. The little sink next to microwave did not have water I didn’t complain. Because I finally made it to the beach. I was so stressed out and began to feel better listening to the ocean.

This place is so run down. The keys to the rooms weren't working so the maid banged on our door early in the morning and woke us up to tell us to leave our door open so they could get in and clean. The elevator was not working for half of a day and the whole place was just in a very poor condition.

There is mold everywhere! on the balconies, the POOL, where u wash your feet at. then the walk from the hotel to the beach someone needs to trim the bushes. There was a roach in the shower.
