The front desk clerk was great. Happy, upbeat personality and very accommodating. She was understanding and took care of our concerns, making sure we got a refund.

When I booked this hotel, I had never stayed in a Residence Inn before, but the pictures made it look like a nice place and the price was right. When we got there, check in went well and the lobby was fine. As we started toward the room I noticed that the hotel was older and not as kept up as it should be, from the parking lot up the stairs. Walking past the rooms, you could see that the hotel needs a renovation. All of the curtains need to be replaced because the black out lining is dry rotting and have holes. We walked past several rooms that you could tell people live there and could smell marijuana use. When we got into our room, at first glance, it looked clean. We rested for a few minutes and I started looking around the room. There were shoe prints on the wall next to the bed, the lamp next to the bed wasn't plugged in, there was duct tape holding cords to the baseboard next to the fridge, they had a power strip hanging between the desk and fridge that had the TV, fridge, and microwave plugged into it. After about thirty minutes I needed to use the restroom so I went into the bathroom and saw pubic hair on the seat and several floating in the bowl. I turned on the light and looked at the tub. There was soap and soap scum all over the tile. This room had not been cleaned properly. My husband had been having an uneasy feeling from the moment we got out of the car, so we left the room and checked out. We were told that she completely understood (you could tell she knew the hotel was in bad shape) and that she made notes for the owner to issue the refund because the system wouldn't allow her to. She told us to call back in the morning and talk to the owner. My husband called back to be sure the refund was issued and it seemed like it wasn't going to be until he told him we were still in town and could be right there to get it settled. Then the owner told him the refund was just issued.

There was NOTHING about this location that I can say was ok except the check-out clerk

The room was very dirty, the curtains were stained and full of holes that allowed the security light outside our room to shine right through at night. The one chair was broke down, rotting and torn, The bed was old, lumpy, very worn and the bedding was old, very thin and rough. There was NO room service and we had to use the same two towels for the entire stay, make our own bed and deal with dirty everywhere we tried to sit, plug in, etc. I tried to change rooms thru Booking and the cancellation date was the same day we were checking in and was not allowed to leave a location that was horrible for another option. We paid for what was advertised as a good, clean and convenient hotel and ended up in a no-tell-motel!! The breakfast options were nothing more than cold bitter coffee with no creamer, packaged oatmeal and dried out bread slices with no butter, jelly or anything to make it eatable! We ate nothing from that nasty/dirty dining area.

The sheets were very clean smelling. Floor clean. Bathtub, toilet and sink were all very clean. Front desk clerk was very amiable. Told me I would have a $50 charge on my card for a security deposit however the charge would come off at about 11:00am the following day. The money would not be taken out of my account only "held".

The $50 charge did not come off my account. It has been taken out of my checking account. I want the money put back into my checking account immediately. I didn't like one wastebasket at the front door and none in the bathroom. There was no coffee pot only the machine and two bags of coffee and two styrofoam cups. There was a dead bug on the bathroom counter ledge. The ceiling vent was disgustingly black. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in previously at the door knob and sloppily repaired. The remote control was sticky. I thought $105 was too high for the room in the state I found it and now see they are $54 which is what I would expect to pay for the room I stayed in. The free breakfast was a joke. Only Caffeinated coffee. Individually wrapped vending machine Honey Buns and Powder Sugared Donuts and individually wrapped cookies. Also had dry cereal and nothing else to choose from. Sad pickings for someone who is diabetic.

Dirty and old and felt unsafe

The only thing we liked was the price.

Room in need of repair. Dirty walls. Insane A/C cold due to hotel's requirements to keep it set at 70 degrees or else water will form on floors. TV remote did not work. No available outlets for charging computers, phones, or to plug in necessary heating pads.

Everything about the place is wrong. By respect for the owners / hotel staff , who were super helpful and nice, I will not make a list about why the place should be closed.

Absolutely everything was a nightmare. It was too late in the day for us to find another accommodation otherwise we would have left immediately. And we are so not difficult customers.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure.

The walls around the sink need a thorough cleaning.

Friendly staff..reasonable location to meet our needs

Outdated..has potential to be a good place. Lots of renovation taking place while we were there. Room originally allocated hadn't been cleaned. Very limited breakfast.

It was a place to stay versus being outside

The pool was gross, there was bugs crawling around in the bathroom & paint peeling everywhere. The door lock was broken & took several times to get the key card to actually open the door. The website was lie to what this place actually looks like. I felt like I was in a Norman Bates hotel. And to top it off, they asked for an extra $50 deposit..I didn't have any pets, smoke or anything 🤔 though I was promised the deposit back later, I just didn't understand why that wasn't included or notification of this deposit til I was physically checking in..as a last minute charge.

Not a lot.

We requested for ground floor room 3 months in advance. They had us set for 2nd floor and said there was an upcharge for the 1st floor. It was 96° and our room was facing west with the curtains open and no A/C running to cool it down. The pool was murky looking, you could only see about 1 to 2 feet down. Next morning, breakfast was basically non existent. 1 star rating is pushing it a little in my opinion.

She charged our card twice without telling us then proceeded to mention that we needed an additional $50 for a deposit even though she didn't tell us that on the phone nor was it on the website or anything! So we had a negative balance after she did that and had to sleep in our car with our 8 year old autistic son at a rest area!

The layout and the swimming pool. Good location. Staff was friendly.
