The location is easy to miss. Very close to the highway, would absolutely need a car since there’s no sidewalk. At night the smell of weed was so profound in the outside area I was shocked. The room itself was clean but the TV didn’t work, the bed made sounds every time I moved and the WiFi kept kicking me off. It definitely felt like a motel as opposed to a hotel- even the building looked like one. If you are looking for a 3-4 star hotel where there’s the whole 9 yards I think that there’s plenty of other options in the area. But for a super cheap place- I think it’s fine. I would not bring my kids here. I would go to a Hampton/Hilton hotel since there is no security or cameras. The front desk lady was very nice but I asked for a razor, she was outside of the office and when I approached her to get the razor- she quickly ran into the office and handed it to me behind the glass window- I’ve never experienced this since I usually stay at hotels but it felt like she was scared of me. I understand safety but it did make me uncomfortable since I didn’t know if the motel/hotel was safe or unsafe or if there were any past incidents……. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again because there are other nicer hotels 5 min away that provide breakfast and ice, and plenty other accommodation. But for a SUPER short and cheap trip- just weigh your budget.

The property is located on HWY 6 and is in a tucked away spot in the sugarland area. It’s very easy to miss. I did like that it was clean and the staff were nice and accommodating. The price was also fine. I paid $160 for two nights while other locations were over $200. I definitely chose this hotel due to the close proximity of a client I was going to meet.

Although it was clean but a little smelly. Mattress box was out of metal but very noisy with a slight move. Mattress can be more comfortable by replacing it with memory foam or hybrid of memory foam and spring.

Our (non-smoking) room smelled strongly of weed. I think it was in the quilt. The room was comfortable in itself, but the smell made it uncomfortable. For only one night, we tolerated it and didn't say anything to the front staff.

Loved the value and location. Rooms were clean. Since we were short on time, we were able to order a pizza from the Dominos next door and change in our room while it was being prepared. That was very convenient.
