Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nice hotel in a very old but quite renovated building. Big choice of breakfast, although only a la carte - and very expensive. Nice and quite location.

KazakhstanI would like to share what I would like to be improved: smell of all toiletries: shower gel, shampoo, body lotion - not good; hairdryer - I do not ask for Dyson), but proper hairdryer is expected from the Ritz, I also did not find shoehorn in the room. And my personal - espresso cup, there should be 2 espresso cups (they are little smaller than the ones in the room) and 2 tea/cappuccino cups (they are little bigger). That is all)
I liked the room, it was clean and equipped with almost everything we needed (there wasn't kettle for example, but we got it 5min after we asked for it). The bed was comfortable, the robes were nice to lounge around, so I bought 2)) Location - the best there is. The team - I enjoyed talking to the hotel team, they were hospitable and polite. Special thanks to Yulia and Teresa, they have that Ritz attitude (the details always matter))).

The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The property is a bit small compared to other locations, but I think that's typical for San Francisco. What they lacked in spaciousness, I would say, they made up for with impeccable customer service. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant.
