Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United StatesWay too much obsession with security. It was difficult enough to get to the lobby from our rooms and to the pools without having to use our room cards every time we encountered a door. Having to use the card twice to get to the indoor pool was rather ridiculous.
Our grandkids just loved the indoor and outdoor pools. We did too, particularly the outdoor pool with its proximity to The Sand Bar. The rooms were also spacious and comfortable.

United StatesThe staff is ok. Often, we had quite a wait to get anyone to pay attention to us. We tried to order drinks at the bar and the waiter didn't even know how to make the drink, plus he made us feel like we were a bother. We got the same sort of treatment at the inside restaurant. The waitress hollered at another woman and said, "you help them." Not super inviting. The food was good though!
It's wonderful to not have to leave to find a good meal. It's a really nice resort environment. The staff keeps it up well. We really enjoyed the outside pool and restaurant/bar.
