Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomLeaving.
Stay here! From our very late arrival in the evening we were greeted by Red who was amazing and made us feel extremely welcome. The room was beautiful, the bed was like falling into a marshmallow and the amenities were exceptional. Jennifer at the front desk was a star. So polite and lots of knowledge about the area. The food at the sage restaurant was delicious. We didn’t want to leave.

United StatesThe location was unbeatable - 5 min walk into the main town but on a quiet street. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and were the true stars of the resort. The resort was exceptionally decorated, beds comfortable, amenities perfect. When we come back to Jackson Hole we will always stay here!

United StatesAs a vegetarian, I found the restaurant menu disappointing. My husband and I both felt our dinners were good but not excellent (he had a meat-based dish). We did not have breakfast during our stay. The restaurant and bar area are lovely and comfortable and the service was very good.
Everything about our stay was excellent. I was especially impressed by how well-appointed the room was for travelers, specifically plenty of storage including many hooks and hangers for gear (room) and toiletries (bathroom). I am always disappointed when otherwise upscale inns don’t supply the real essentials that make a room convenient and comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful, and I appreciated the complementary bath salts for nice tub soaks! The service throughout our stay was friendly and top-notch. Also loved our spa massages. We would recommend highly to travelers who lean toward intimate boutique hotels.

United StatesThe bar area was a little small and didn't have the best seating arrangements for groups to sit and chat
This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff was absolutely incredible, shout out to Diego, Junior and Will who stood out. We loved the look and feel of the hotel, the rooms were beautiful, well lit bathrooms and mirrors to get ready in and comfortable beds, with killer views of the mountain. Overall 100/100 experience

United KingdomIt is expensive. And for the price for dinner/breakfast you expect absolutely top service. Just a couple of issues, they got my meal wrong one night, no real OJ one morning and out of English breakfast tea which is completely uncivilised. (Huh, try running out of coffee see what it feels like!) Luckily we had some PG Tips in the suitcase as you do. But the staff really went out of their way, all well trained and rehearsed too.
Beautiful hotel. Rooms are fabulous. They’ve done a great job rebuilding and refurbishing. Rooms are personalized with artwork. Lovely break out terrace areas with fires. Didn’t try the spa although it is limited to a hot tub and treatments. No sauna or steam room. The restaurant was tremendous, great food, some minor issues, they ran out of tea bags (the real type) and sparkling water. Also OJ on the Sunday ended up cartonned not fresh pressed, which at $12 a glass was a bit steep. The issue of course is price. This place is expensive. We were hitting over $300 a night for two for evening meal with wine and service. But it’s possibly the best place in Jackson for fine-dining. I heard from locals there were two fine dining restaurants. So we tried the one across the green from there, 2 minute walk, but felt the Rusty Parrot was better. But of course, outside fine dining you have the choice as there is plenty within easy walking distance. In summary, fabulous, thanks to all the very well trained staff, really enjoyed our stay! Loved Jackson too.

Everything! The rooms, the bathroom, the cleanliness, their food, the location, the beautiful river flowing behind the property. The short drive to the Tetons and the airport. The nicest people! Walking distance to everything. The cute bikes, the cookies the hotel provided. Spectacular! What a gem!

United KingdomBy the far the best hotel experience my family and I have ever had. From pre arrival with Colleen being so helpful in helping us book our scenic float trip, on arrival being greeted by the super friendly doormen who helped us with our luggage and were always there to help us if there was anything we needed. Every single member of staff was faultless I cannot speak more highly of them. The rooms and hotel were decorated so thoughtfully, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the location was superb. All in all could not recommend your hotel and staff more highly thank you

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a new hotel in Jackson Hole, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The lobby was beautifully designed with a rustic yet modern aesthetic that perfectly matched the surrounding landscape. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, featuring large window and balcony that offered stunning views of the mountains. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the area. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as a coffee maker and a cozy seating area. The hotel also provided easy access to nearby hiking trails and was conveniently located just a short walk from downtown Jackson, where I found charming shops and galleries. The staff was knowledgeable and eager to recommend activities, making my adventure even more enjoyable. Overall, our stay at this new hotel in Jackson Hole exceeded all expectations. The combination of exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and a beautiful setting made for a memorable trip. I can't wait to return and explore more of what this stunning destination has to offer!

United KingdomApart from the high price of all upmarket central Jackson accommodation there is nothing to dislike in my view.
We stayed here as a family in August 2024. Rusty Parrot like other parts of Jackson was destroyed in a fire a few years ago and was completely rebuilt and reopened on Ist July 2024. So please disregard older photos The new hotel is stunning and very high end with an up market Wild West vibe. Lots of exposed stone and wood Lots of nice art on the walls and stunning bronze sculptures throughout the hotel Fabulous staff always attentive and keen to help. This is an expensive hotel to stay at. For us $1000+ per room per night But Jackson is an expensive place to stay if you want to be in Jackson and not one of the low rent motels on the main highway into Jackson. If you can cope with the price I would highly recommend staying here

United StatesOur stay at the Rusty Parrot was nothing short of exceptional. The newly renovated Lodge is absolutely spectacular and everything a guest would want in a small luxury hotel. Jennifer,Tammy and Colleen were all so very helpful at the front desk making sure our stay was perfect. They all assisted with reservations at local restaurants and helping us reserve the electric bikes the hotel graciously provides for their guests. The hotel is the perfect location to walk to restaurants or ride bikes to the center of town. The rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable with luxury Sferra linen! Homemade warm cookies everyday around 3:00 in the second floor lounge area. Attention to detail at every corner. Glenda and Hannah at the Spa were so helpful in recommending Jaden our massage therapist! Best massage I ever had especially after a few days of hiking in the Grand Teton National Park. The Wild Sage restaurant and bar were amazing. A wonderful place to have a cocktail and relax and meet other guests or just have conversations with Patrick and Hayley. Congratulations to Ron Harrison and his family on reopening this unbelievable hotel. We can't wait to come back and won't be staying anywhere else!

United StatesFor the price of ~$900/night, I expected a more spacious room and bathroom. The room barely fit our luggage and the shower was tiny and barely fit a single person. The hot tab was fun, but letting children in did not lend itself to the peace and quiet one would hope for. The spa was good, but at $375/person + 22% mandatory tip I expected more (e.g., sauna, more comfortable head rest, not sitting next to a door that people would open/close, etc.). With that much per night, I'd have hoped for a complimentary valet rather than $25/day.
Fantastic staff - always with a smile and ready to help and accommodate - helping us with organizing our stay was a blessing. Loved the lodge vibe and the free cookies and coffee in the afternoons. If not the best, one of the best restaurants we ate at in Jackson Hole. Loved the hot tab in the winter. Loved the complements in the room.

United StatesNo ice machine . So my friend just went down and they got it out of the kitchen. 🤣🤣
We have family there and Grand Son was graduating so we had plans for everything so we didn’t get to experience meals etc . But of all my friend with me totally enjoyed the outdoors on each side especially with the fire places as well. Loves the outdoors so when I left she thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors . She made friends from Alabama there and especially your employee Jr. But all of your employees are compliment to your organization. My daughter has lived there for 25 + years and came with family for evening meal . All positive. Since the fire a place I always wanted to stay . Had a condo until my wife died which I gave it to the family to rent . 😭lost my free place 🤣🤣Thank yall for great stay .
