Great hotel with lovely pool and easy beach access. Beautiful art featured throughout. The room I chose was far bigger than i expected with with separate bedroom and living room, very peaceful for such a central location.

Beach set up doesn’t start until 9:30am. We were a family of 4, booked a 4 person reservation, but only included 2 beach chairs. We had to pay for more. The room we got did not match the booking. We booked an ocean view suite for 4 people. When we went to the room, come find out there was one bed and a pull out couch (twin size) that only held 1 person. We called the front desk and they said they would see if they had anymore pullout beds available and would bring one up if they did. Fortunately they did! I don’t know what we would have done. You would think if you book a 4 person reservation you’d be guaranteed a place for 4 people to sleep. The ocean view room had an extra bathroom, but all it had was a toilet and sink. No mirror, no outlets, no place for soaps, no hand towel or hand towel rack. The window didn’t even have a blind for privacy. The suite was very pretty, such a weird extra bathroom.

Loved having a pool and beach access. The location is excellent, near so many restaurants. Fun area to walk around in. Great having 2 hours complimentary bikes a day.

The bed pillows were terribly uncomfortable because they were overstuffed. Bed mattress was old. No place to hang wet swimsuits. The rack for towels was very small and woefully inadequate.

Nothing, except if you want an adults only hotel this is not the place for you as lots of small children and babies.

Very clean, excellent location right on the beach and around the corner from the Mall. Friendly staff, big shout out to Mickey at the pool bar who was absolutely lovely. Big rooms with kitchen and full size fridge which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend

The bathroom and living room/ kitchen area needs renovations. Shower faucet was broken. Pool lounge chair cushions were dirty.

Staff were great and very helpful. Beds were well appointed and comfortable. Most things were clean and well maintained. Location was great, near every attraction.

Some items in the room weren't cleaned properly. Furniture like bar stools end table and couch could use a cleaning. Lightning could've been better in the living area. The elevators are pretty small, however, didn't affect our flow. Not really a complaint more of a recommendation.

I love the location and access to the beach near everything. It smelled wonderful. Friendly staff helpful as well. Overall, it was perfect for a sister trip. Hospitality was amazing from ALL STAFF at the front desk, not sure if they were Bell men or whatever they are called😀 but they were awesome!!!!

The rooms are looking dated and old. TV was old fashioned and didn’t work well, and a number of the lights in the room didn’t work. Also beware of towel charges on check out. We had to ask for a copy of our receipt which reception were not forthcoming with. On checking it, they had charged $80 for non return of towel cards despite literally having just handing them to the receptionist.

Wonderful location directly on the beach and Collins / Lincoln Avenue. Easy to walk to all the main South Beach attractions. Lovely heated pool and loved using the complimentary bikes to explore the cycle path along the beach.

The pool area on the artificial grass under the chairs was littered and did not look good. Pool chair covering looked dirty and stained - not appealing.

Bathrooms were tired-looking, and the tub was not appealing to bathe in. The food was ok. Staff were just ok too. Pleasant enough, but no one went out of their way for anything. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, except for the last night when the smoke detector kept going off and we called, and no one ever showed up. It did eventually stop.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Location of hotel was perfect for us. Love the lobby, pool, cafe, pool table.
