We had a micro-king room which was actually bigger than expected. However I think the design could have been better. There was no real storage and it wasn't easy to live out of our backpacks. The hanging area was not designed for full-size hangers. A row of hooks near the door for hanging jackets is a needed addition. Given the size of the room, I think it could have been more functional. Also the window is behind the bed so you have to climb into the bed to reach the shades. Our window was not well sealed and it was a windy and rainy weekend so sleeping was drafty and damp.

The location is excellent for tourist activities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a convenient restaurant/bar downstairs. We didn't eat there but the food looked good and the cocktails were nice. Bathroom was very nice with a great shower. I would likely stay here again if we were able to book a traditional sized room.

There were two staff members in the lobby, one of which was very friendly and helpful, the other unfortunately had a bit of a despotic attitude, other than that it was a lovely place to stay.

The hotel was very nicely decorated, within minutes of the main tourist attractions, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. There is no breakfast to be had there and the bar/restaurant is closed for season.

The only thing that would have been nice was some type of breakfast but it wasn’t a big deal since there are lots of fantastic coffee shops literal minutes away with all kinds of options.

There were not extra amenities like a pool or breakfast but the location was phenomenal! I knew that there were other places that might have those options but they weren’t important to me. The room rates are incredibly reasonable and you don’t need to have any transportation as your are in the literal epicenter of Salem. So considering everything it’s an amazing bargain. You’re also like 5 minutes from the train to Boston or several adorable towns like Rockport which I highly recommend for someone visiting. This property was amazing.

There were a few small ants in the room as the weather warmed and they begin to come out. Nothing major just a few over the three days we were there. One of our shades got stuck in the down position when the plastic clip holding the chain broke. Wear and tear and again nothing major.

We liked the modern look and colorful bathroom. The bed was very comfortable if a bit lower to the floor than the one we sleep on at home, but that was fine. The location could not be better. We walked out the front door of the hotel right onto the brick concourse where a lot of shops and restaraunts are. There's also a restaurant and bar right as you walk in the front door, though we did not eat or drink there. It was fairly popular and people seemed to be enjoying themselves. Staff was friendly and eagerly helpful.

The room was a little too small. Using the bathroom was uncomfortable as the sliding door did not really provide a lot of privacy. It also kept opening!

There was almost never anyone at the front desk aside from check in and check out times. The rooms were small. There was no fan in the bathroom. Our shades were broken so the sun shined directly in very early in the morning. The room was only partially cleaned while we were out (i.e some dirty towels were not taken and trash was left). The restaurant downstairs had terrible service, we stood at the counter for 5 minutes while we were ignored by multiple staff members and decided to go elsewhere.

The lobby was stylish and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nicely designed.

At first we had the micro king which was very very tiny. The staff were incredible and were able to switch us to a bigger and more comfortable room. The only possible things I could say were not ideal - the toilet is separate from the sink and shower (not a huge deal) and the water pressure in the bathroom sink was very very low.

The hotel is a cute boutique located in the heart of everything. We could walk to everything and easily pop back to our hotel between visiting different shops or locations. Honestly loved everything about this hotel.

Was really cold in the room last morning there, space heater was provided as the heating was struggling a bit with the cold snap outside. Could have done with a later than 1pm paid for late check out, but that was better than 11am. We had a 10pm flight and had 5 hours to kill in a rainy, cold Salem. All good though, staff were very helpful and stored our luggage too.
