The staff. There is nothing I can say about the staff except fantastic! From the girl in the office that helped us carry our bags to our room, to the people that continually keep the grounds clean, to the personable bar tenders. They have bottled water in the office area and anything you need. Soap, sunscreen, shampoo. Everything except toothpaste which of course we forgot. Lol. The room was comfortable with great air conditioning, a sofa and a kitchenette. Also all the coffee that you need.

Nothing comes to mind except maybe that we were on the second floor. Not good after you drink one of their complimentary Pain Killers. But that was just the luck of availability.

Nice location, Kool bar

Room was beyond tiny, no where to put bags, no where to sit, bed was 4ft off ground, toilet was loose and not fixed to ground, shower was 3 drips off water out off head and floor on huge angle, Bed was unsleepable, hard like a rock, I booked 3 nights and only stayed one,owner wasn’t interested in my concerns, just kept saying, well no one else complains, got no refund or return email back from property, had to rebook down the street at a great motel with great rooms,Do yourself a favour, stay away from this place, the worst, also the did have another room available for our dates there but weren’t interested in doing the right thing, Karma speakeasy inn rum bar will come back ten fold.

Complimentary water was provided throughout our stay. Coupons were given to us for two complimentary pain killers at the Rum Bar upon arrival.

Location excellent if you want to stay away from the busy end of Duval St. Staff were pleasant. Accommodation very clean

It was a bit basic and cramped and the AC unit was very noisy and had to be switched off at night to allow you to sleep

Breakfast did not come with my package. Facilities were clean and air smelled nice. I wish I knew the bed manufacturer because I slept very soundly and normally I am an insomniac. Staff very nice. The Rum Bar being so close to my room was not a distraction .

The property was adorable and centrally located. We were able to walk to just about everything! The room itself was cute, clean, and set back from the street and bar so you never really hear anything! Staff is excellent and friendly and we had whatever we needed at our fingertips!

Loved the balcony, the comfortable bed and kitchenette was nice. Nice touches with makeup remover wipes and coffee creamers and water in fridge. Great martinis in bar!

Uneven floors.

The room was small but immaculate! Very helpful staff and friendly. Garrett and the housekeeper made us feel at home. Then the Rum bar, a full bar, was a nice way to end each night.
