I’ve been visiting for many years. Staff is always friendly, attentive and accommodating. Andrea’s is always cozy, clean and location is in middle of everything.

The Wifi was quite patchy in our room 104, I had to go to reception to obtain a good signal

The hotel has just a small number of rooms which gives guests a relaxing feeling, especially around the pool area where loungers were always available. Location is excellent, the suite has plenty of space and is relaxing. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have both a bath and shower. Staff were only too happy to assist with any queries

For the price the room lacked several amenities. It needs a floor length mirror, a towel hook in the primary bathroom, a desk with plugs and USB ports in the living room for business travelers to use laptops and cell phones

The mattress we’re a little bit old. I think my husband and I slept a little bit uncomfortable due to the fact that the mattress was a little hard and and nested.

We loved this place! The pool was the perfect temperature for us even on a hot day. They offer complimentary champagne flutes which you can enjoy by the pool. Such a great welcome on a hot day. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a lounge area with fruit, biscotti, coffee/tea and candy bar that you can access at any time! The pool is open 24 hour which is nice. Also, adults only in this hotel! Great getaway spot! We will definitely be back.

Unlucky we stayed the day before closing the hotel for cleaning. That resulted that we have just lunch boxes instead of expected breakfast. I don’t like the toilet paper and my towels to be like origami and don’t like lots of useless decorations like additional decorative pillows as there’s not so much place to put it all out when sleeping.

Atmosphere not like a standart hotel, rather feeling like a guest of someone who is local here. Hospitality of the personel.

Feedback, rather than a complaint as this is down to personal preference however for us - Bed was soft and was also sagging a little in middle. Would have preferred a firmer bed. Not a fan of the breakfast boxes - perhaps they could consider including bread for toasting rather than bagel?

Nikki and Karl were very attentive and helpful. The hotel has been recently renovated and seems very fresh. Love the location. This is the third time I have stayed here and it will be my “ go to” hotel whenever I visit Palm Springs.

Very cute quaint hotel. The staff was extremely personable. Great location. There are cute little details that made the stay very special. An example of when the staff walked us to our room. The breakfast box in the morning was nice. The fire place sitting area was nice.

Loved this small boutique hotel that has more to enjoy than the other popular name brands. Feel very private, cozy and convenient location to all. Great hot Sauna system for great relaxation after golf!

The heating and cooling system has a unit in a cupboard in the room as I understood it, and it is quite noisy. The free breakfast is very rudimentary, it is a box from the fridge behind the reception. No meat, no eggs, just a bagel and a bun and a yoghurts plus a muesli bar. Nothing wrong with it, but like an economy class airplane breakfast. So if you expect the big breakfast, you need to go out. The lights in the room are quite weak and I was told there are dimmers, but I did not find them. There is one comfortable armchair, but not a chair at the small desk that partly also works as a bedside table. As the entrance to the room is from a balcony running at the inside of the atrium, the window is to the balcony as well, meaning that you must have the shutters down for privacy making the room rather dark. Not aware if this is the case for all rooms.

Good bed and covers, friendly staff, good free parking. plenty of towels and bath rope. There is a small pool and a jacuzzi in the atrium, open 24/7 as I understood it. There is also a sauna that has opening hours till late, but that must be turned on on request. Did not check it out. Fridge, microwave and a coffee maker in the room. There are two free glasses of bubbly, but I would rather have preferred a glass of wine - minor and unimportant issue though. There is a bar by the pool, but it was not open.

There were no blackout curtains

Staff was extremely attentive. The rooms were so big and comfortable. They smelled clean as soon as you walked in. They had a really luxe feel about them. The bathroom was huge and very clean.
