Found a hair in the bathroom and it was outdated but I didn’t mind that it was outdated.

The doors on interior leading to outside don't have anything but a slidelock to keep young children from opening. Also while playing on the playground by the activities center I noticed the edge of steps have exposed sharp metal pieces where the coating has worn off and it seems very dangerous for smaller kids who use their knees to climb up and down.

I loved all the different activities offered and that you could communicate anything through txt message without having to go to front desk.

The room was not cleaned well. Food particles all over the stove top. The microwave was dirty inside like it hadn’t been cleaned. The bathtub was dirty with brown specks and hair. I hope it wasn’t feces. I let the front desk know and they gave me a cold, insincere apology and didn’t offer to solve the issues. I ended up needing to purchase disinfectant just so I could sanitize the tub in order to bathe.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. I appreciate that there were dishes and so forth in the kitchen so I didn’t need to buy or bring pots and pans. I was able to cook whatever I needed. I felt the location was good for nearby attractions. Ground amenities were great too. My family really enjoyed our stay and we made many memories.

We had very loud people above us which caused loss of sleep & aggravation. Coffee pot didn’t work well, asked for a new one, was told that there was none to be had. I responded with unacceptable & amazingly a different pot was delivered. Pool was very cloudy & balls of hair floating in the pool. YUK

Our only cons were indoor pool was closed for repairs so the outdoor pool was slightly crowded but manageable. Then there were plenty of vents in the unit but the AC just didn't get the job done so we had to purchase fans from the local Walmart which was an inconvenience and I am now the proud owner of 3 stand-up fans. I did try to return them since we only used them for 48 hours, but Walmart said no returns on fans, so maybe pack one just in case. None of this was so bad that I would not recommend or stay here again.

We liked the easy check-in and the location of our unit. The unit was nice even though outdated everything worked accordingly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub when available. The staff was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Laurie, Zach, and Janelle(hope I spelled those right). Your recommendations and assistance in making my son's 10th birthday amazing were greatly appreciated as this was our 1st time in Branson.

Coffee in room is ok. Would like to have non- powdered creamer available and something other than black tea.

Exceptionally clean room. Comfortable bed and bedding including both a firm and soft pillow. Everything you need to cook meals. Screened in porches with a fan overhead to enjoy the mornings and evenings. Staff is very kind, helpful and seem happy to be working there.

No breakfast .. wasn’t needed.. needs updated, in painting baseboards kitchen door definitely need handles and stoppers.. very noisy from slamming, on there own. POOL area amazing.. just needed POOL BOY..🤪😂Planning on returning soon I hope❤️❤️❤️❤️

We really liked the suite and thought it was very nice. Yes, there were some stains on the carpet and it needs some updating, but it was clean and had all of the amenities we could ask for. It was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The units were very spread out and the one we were put in was not near the pool or any of activities that were shown in the pictures. The pool that was "close" to our unit was over a mile away and there were no clear signs to even direct you to the location of it. I was hoping for a vacation where I could walk out from my room and go sit out by the pool to read and relax or swim and this was not possible to do. I would have had to drive to the pool. We were on the 4th floor of our unit and the balcony areas did not have any chairs to sit in so I had to bring a kitchen chair out each morning to be able to sit outside and have my coffee. The elevator was not working properly when we arrived and ultimately ended up with an out of order sign on it. Overall I feel this property was misrepresented based on the location we were placed. The property had over 12 different apartments sized units that were spread out over multiple streets and almost all of these units were not near anything that was shown in the pictures. The entire property reminded me of a an apartment complex. I feel the pictures misrepresented what we got. The pictures showed a beautiful area that you could walk by the water and outside chairs by the area where you could sit and enjoy nature but we never found that area either.

The room was clean and the location was not far from the main activities and places to go in the town.
