Restaurant choices weren’t the best especially for the price (crab cake was great however), no microwave in room, no shower door or curtain, breakfast for the concierge lounge was not good at all, very little options for a 5 star hotel.

SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF, Bradley the waiter at the restaurant was incredible. Very very clean, and modern. Overall what i was looking for.

We were on the second floor, all the way to the end of the hall. I was waken up by the scent of food in the morning. A microwave would have been great. I would rather an iron than a steamer.

The staff were very courteous. Attentive Polite. The place was very clean.

Everything! It was so nice and the staff were friendly and accommodating! The concierge rooms were convenient and always stocked!

I booked the property because of its outdoor pool. Took five hours to get there with the traffic from New York on Friday and we were not able to use the pool when we arrived at 5 PM. After 5 PM you have to be 18 and that was also the only how to seating area.

Everything was beautiful. The staff was very visible and available to help with any need you have.

The shower needed a threshold strip - looked like it was missing. Prefer a shower door or curtain too.

I didn't really like the restaurant because it was my birthday and I booked a table for dinner. We were given a special offer for the evening - duck, but it was harsh. We told the waiter about it and he didn't react to it. Later we ordered dessert and a birthday cake, and it was not nice that they charged us for everything on our birthday, although I think they could have made a discount because the duck wasn't tasty or at least not included the birthday cake in the check.

We really liked the hotel. The staff is very attentive, everything is clean and tidy.

The food could be a bit better. More seasonings and the food would be perfect! I had the steak for breakfast.

Everything about this establishment is awesome! From the moment I stepped foot in the front of the hotel until the moment I checked out. The staff treated me like I was a star! I told them it was my birthday and they told me happy birthday throughout the time I was there! Top notch! Five stars from me!

i just wish they had lotion. L'occitane amenities were top notch. if they had lotion it would have been perfect.

this hotel felt like luxury. i wasnt sure if it was okay to bring my kids with me. I wanted them to have some pool time for 4th of July. i was so happy to see other families had the same idea. Our room was ready by 3pm when we arrived and they allowed family swim time til 5pm then adults only after 5pm. Very well staffed and they were very attentive. always checking the pool, cleaning different areas and got our room requests right away. i am also happy that check out time was 12noon so kids got a morning swim. they are the last few hotels that has a 12 noon check out so i am very appreciative of that. we only did a one night stay that i wanted to go back already so i booked our return for my bday! no kids this time. im so excited!
