When booking we wasn't aware that it is a casino. But it doesn't matter. It was a one night Stay, to brake a long distance in driving in 2. Room was big, a lot of space, with a balcony, so you can sleep with open door and let some fresh air in (if not to hot) Clean, no Problem at all

United StatesI did like the fact that my room was not clean to expectation especially since it is advertised as "newly renovated". I don't think I will stay there in the future. There are too many casino/hotels to choose from.
The bell and valet service was not good. There were 10 cars waiting for valet and bell services. The hotel only had one valet person and they would not let you use the luggage carts but didn't have any bell hops to assist you. Pretty sad. Self parking is not located close to the lobby/hotel elevators which is very inconvenient when you have no valet service and have to take your own luggage to the room. There were things in the room that were not clean. The ice container still had water in it from previous guests.

United StatesWhen you drive up to check in for hotel; You either park in the open outdoors or can go to the backside and park in parking garage. Parking in parking garge gives you alot longer walk. Problem is there is not ample or adequate signage on how to get to hotel from there.
Had king room with riverview. Room was very nice and clean. Casino was spacious. Slot machines spread out : so you werent sitting on top of other players. Sports book staff that night were very helpful. Plus they have ample big screen tvs.

United StatesThe bathroom could have been cleaner..the floor and counters were not thoroughly cleaned. We went to the casino to gamble and their ATMs charge a $10 fee! There was hardly any staff. Everything was self serve. The steakhouse was closed. We were charged $14 each for a facility fee for things we never used.

United StatesRestaurants and amenities are extremely pricey and no microwave. This resort is also in an industrial zone, so the scenery is not always that great and a little bit far away from restaurants.
This hotel is a good bargain for a casino resort.

The rooms were very nice. But they were out of regular coffee pods in the room. We were told there was coffee in the bar downstairs but when we went to get some we could not get waited on.
