There's nothing we didn't love about this place.

This Inn was absolutely stunning. Mary our Inn keeper was beyond amazing, her breakfast ever morning was delicious. I have never stayed anywhere so beautiful and beyond clean. There is nothing about this place I could fault. 100% recommend. I will definitely have to stay there again.

Beautiful property close to downtown with afternoon refreshments and an excellent breakfast. The hostess was very hospitable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony beside the pillars

Needed to have a trash can inside room. There was only a small one in bathroom. Tv was very small and in odd place to watch. A box of Kleenex would have been nice. No complaining just giving useful advice

The property was absolutely stunning. We loved the sip and nibble because we were able to meet other guests and learn where everyone was from.

A very beautiful place to visit. The new walkway and sitting area with a gas fire pit was relaxing and cozy in the morning with our coffee.

This is a must if you are on a Vampire vacation. The facility was beautiful! The staff went above and beyond! Breakfast was wonderful each morning. Wine throughout the day. Very pleased with our stay. The rooms are gorgeous, each with its own welcome appeal.

I like a dark room to sleep in, the windows could use the addition of blackout pull down shades for sleeping at night to prevent the street lights from shining into the room.

Well appointed, lovely and very clean room. It was like walking into an antebellum home and having a private suite. Loved the ambiance and the experience was very positive. I would stay here again.

I thought after seeing the other bedrooms and bathrooms that ours wasn’t as nice as the others.

The breakfast was amazing and the peace and quiet was nice.

Loved the home and location. Do need more interaction with staff hardly knew anyone was there and did not like fact we booked early and paid way up there and had no shower in our room. Lots of empty rooms as well? Also on third floor no elevators which they stated but would not stay on third floor again. They also served breakfast which was wonderful just felt we had same breakfast over and over.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The staff has a lot of knowledge of the history of the estate so it was very interesting to talk to them. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the rooms really feel like you’ve stepped in the 30’s

This place is amazing. It’s so beautiful and the rooms are are nice and spacious. It’s a 5 minute walk to the town square. Our host Hillary was so lovely and made us amazing breakfast. We stayed in the frankly Scarlett suite and the shower was incredible. Best shower I’ve ever had. 100% will try and visit again

This B&B was flawless. Linda is a dream. I checked in early and could scout all bar 1 room. For a vamp fan, this is every girls dream come true. The amenities are perfect. Worth the money and more to be honest to stay in the salvatore mansion from 1864. I really enjoyed my stay here and for the 5 min walk into town it was so worth it. The grounds are stunning, the architecture is incredible and Linda knows so much about the house. A lot of the furniture is so authentic and beautiful. Some of the rooms have balconies which are really sweet. Unbelievably clean and spotless. It's quiet, I loved it.

I honestly have nothing negative to say about the Twelve Oaks. They know how to treat their guests and make them feel right at home.

The breakfast was outstanding! The staff felt like family and went above and beyond my expectations. The location is perfect. Just enough outside the town square to feel a little secluded. I just wish I could have stayed longer.

Best homemade breakfast! Parfait, peaches & cream stuffed french toast, sausage links, & eggs! Missed the Sippin' & Nibblin' hour, but I'm sure it was fantastic as well!
