That we had to leave 😫

Matteo was phenomenal and took amazing care of us the entire time. At one point our water wasn’t running hot and I’m not kidding when I say they appeared at our door 30 seconds after texting them and fixed it immediately. We stayed several nights and it was so nice to see them pressure wash the ENTIRE property before the weekend rush. The entire property was well taken care of and clean. This spot felt like a home away from home and we will be back many many times. I wish I could remember the other manager’s name because the two guys made our stay AMAZING. 🤩

There was too much noise coming through the walls. I could even hear the guy next door snoring all night. It felt like there was no privacy, and people were screaming and playing loud music.

The online check-in is a bit tricky with a foreign phone number, but the staff found a quick solution to get us checked in nonetheless.

The pool was a bit murky during our stay.

I've stayed here a couple times and have enjoyed both. The hotel is very cute, with fun vintage-y decor. The manager on-site was super friendly and helpful.

Amazing stay! The room was so cool and very Palm Springs. It was clean and had a nice balcony, the bed was huge and so comfortable ! The room had a kitchenette and everything you would need for eating and drinking in your room. The pool was great! And the staff were friendly. I’d definitely stay here again

Just need a full length mirror in the room. Need to fix the shower door so that water doesn't spill out to bathroom floor. Other than that, everything was fine.

10/10 The Twist Palm Springs! After reading the reviews we booked here for the weekend. Once booked they give you a # to text for all your needs and room code before arriving. The rooms were very spacious and pool was extra clean. Right next door to a speakeasy bar, Ernest coffee, and Bootlegger Tiki Bar 10/10. 1 mile from Downtown Palm Springs. Very relaxing stay just what we were looking for. Manager and staff were so nice and awesome hosts. We will def be coming back to the Twist!

It was a good little apartment.

The pool and jacuzzi were great. I used the laundry which was easy and reasonable to do so. Good parking lot, easy to find. Key code to enter so no need to remember keys. The manager was really lovely and kind and communicated well with us. Rectified the issue promptly we had at the start and we had a comfortable stay in the end. I would go back and stay there (not summer though too hot).

Easy enough to get the door code but the whole check-in yourself on a portal that looks quite amateur and request your credit card details twice was rather weird, seems fishy. Small parking lot, i think 6 spaces and 3 are for handicapped...

Very large room, it's an apartment really, the kitchen is fully equipped, nice swimming pool....

Fabulous funky hotel. Beautifully presented and we just loved the styling. We particularly loved the bed, comfy and perfect. Having a full sized kitchen so we could cook was the icing on the cake. The pool area is fabulous, and having the big washing and dryer machines were a bonus. The staff here are fantastic. Jamie and Mateo were so friendly and gave us lots of tips of where to eat, get the best coffee, and entertainment. If ever we return to Palm Springs we will be booking here. Wish we could have stayed longer.
