Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Being back at Purdue, my wife and I, having met at Purdue, decided to do our Anniversary there. With Dinner at Boilerprime. Walked from the Union Hotel to Boilerprime and reminisced about our days at Purdue all those years ago.

I don't have any complaints. The cost per night may be a little high for some folks, and there are certainly cheaper alternatives, but I thought it was worth it.
The location is unbeatable for visiting the Purdue campus, the parking is very convenient, the hotel is beautiful and very classy, the gym is clean, modern, and spacious, the room was clean and very nice, and the staff was extremely courteous, professional, and friendly.

The half of the room without the bed was very dark, even when all the lights were turned on. Also, the room price seemed expensive.
The room was very comforatable and clean. The location, with all the ameneties of being on campus was great.

The air conditioning didn't work great in our room and it is a little pricey but overall it was a great experience.
I liked the location and the convenience of the restaurant, bistro, and the parking garage across the street.

we accidnetally locked ourselves out of the room one day as the door closed and the extra lock/bolt that flips open on the inside flipped open as our door closed and we had to have maintenance help us get in. Kind of a design flaw.
We have stayed at the Union Hotel several times while visiting our daughter at Purdue. The location is amazing, the staff is great, the hotel is lovely. I'm sad she will not be returing to Purdue next year.

It was a bit noisy at night due to surrounding buildings and cars. That was fixed getting an interior room.
The rooms were very nice and comfortable. They felt very clean and were spacious.

The bathroom fan seemed to run excessively long.

Because of the timing, it was really expensive. Since we were coming from abroad, and it was our first time, we had to choose a place as close as possible. But it was really expensive. And also, while staying and chatting at the lobby, there was only cold water to offer. We had to go to the other building to buy some coffee and tea for our guests and ourselves.
We have come to drop off our child to college. The location is great, we walked everywhere. The hotel is clean.

The refrigerator is so small. It can probably only put less than 5 bottles of water in it.
The front desk staff is so great. They are so patient to answer my question. I am not American and I have spoke bad englisg. They are no nice.
