The toilet in my room did not flush well, I had to hold the handle down for a while and it ran for a long period of time, it needs work in room 1313.

I really felt safe there which was important to me being a young woman traveling alone. The room was so cozy and comfy and the bed was so comfortable. The staff, every single person, even the cleaning ladies I ran into were so kind and nice and made it feel so warm and homey. This was just what I needed on my travels.

The game room was underwhelming as the air hockey table was old and did not work properly at all. The billiard room only had 2 sticks so we had to share.

I loved the amenities, pool was wonderful. Billiard room was also a favorite. The resort and clubhouse were so clean and the staff were incredibly friendly.

We thought the bed was uncomfortable due to it being small for us. The room was smaller than it appeared in the picture. When taking the shower the hot water 3/4's the way through turned to cold water. We did tell the receptionist the next morning & she was going to tell the maintenance worker. We were the only couple in that building and they put us in the back suite. There were no lights on the walkway to guide us to our door. There were lights on in the front of the building but not on the side where we were. We had to try every door with our key because the key did not have a # on it to know what suite was ours.

The location was perfect. The staff was great and friendly. It was very, very clean.

The ceiling leaked in 7 places when it rained. At one o'clock in the morning. The room was 2 blocks from the "club house". We cancelled our reservation and went home. Our trip was a nightmare.

Why did you ask about breakfast? There's no breakfast. There's no eating facility. The "club house" is very nice. This site asks for photos. We have photos of our light fixture dripping water, but can't upload them.

The pool was just too cold! We wish had been warmer. But it was BEAUTIFUL.

No breakfast available. The room was EXCEPTIONAL CLEAN !!!!! The clubhouse was FABULOUS and FUN! Loved the movie theater!!! Hot tub relaxing! The lovely night person was so nice and helpful and friendly! We so appreciated her and feel bad we didn't know her name to mention. She was there Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday evenings.

The staff was the friendliest I’ve ever come across. They even called me before I arrived to let me know that the cable TV wasn’t working. I can assure you that the big chain hotels wouldn’t do that. When we arrived we were given a tour of all the amenities. Where can you stay that has a movie theater ? It was awesome! Every room we went into was clean and neat. Our room was a good size and perfectly clean.
