We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWe had to change out our remote at the front desk, the one given to us to check in, and neither worked. We had to deal with the tv on full blast with no way to change it. When we checked out, no one was at the front desk to check us out. We called multiple times, we knocked on the door, nobody around. So I hope I’m not charged the $100 deposit for someone else’s inability to do their job, just be prepared to pay that deposit and experience some subpar hospitality for an okay price.
The location was great, with rooms on a holiday weekend. Major plus!

United States of AmericaThe exterior was dirty they had trash sitting in buggies, old appliances sitting around, the stairs smelled of urine. The beds had stains on the blankets. The laminate flooring was coming up in places. The base boards were filthy. I would not recommend this place to anyone for the price they charge!

United States of AmericaHad loud neighbors and they had multiple dogs barking at night even though the property states no pets allowed. Bed was uncomfortable and a very thin blanket. No hot water and the pressure was weak. Toilet had problems flushing. WiFi did not work at all even though there was multiple options to choose.
Was right across the street from the beach and had 1st floor access. Staff was nice and room was clean. A/C worked good. For the price it was okay. Big tv and nice furniture.

United States of AmericaYou can’t get anyone at the front counter, they’re consistently away for hours at a time. It’s overpriced for the quality, the tv cut out more often then it stays on. They require an extra deposit which they are extremely slow to return.
The only real benefit to this motel is the location is directly across the street from the beach. The beds were comfortable, minus the flat pillows. The pool had water but is very small and mostly overrun with children. Staff was polite when they were actually there.

United States of AmericaAn unexpected $100 deposit had to be given at the window - yes window - when we checked in. I was very concerned at having to check-in at a window on the side of the hotel office. It reeked of stale cigarette smoke. No Refunds was printed across the window so I guessed that I was stuck. Upon entering the room, it was a pleasant surprise as it was clean had new floors and new beds. The bathroom reflected the old age of the motel, however everything worked properly. The beds were very uncomfortable and neither my son nor myself got any sleep.

United States of AmericaI had a 2 day stay at this hotel. The hotel was located on booking.com with great reviews, but that was not the case for me. After the first stay my room was not cleaned until 8pm that night. I had to hunt down a worker to let them know my issue. She had no idea what room I was in. The day of check-out the room attendant says I have been smoking in the room and shouldn't get my deposit back. I had my 3yr old asthmatic daughter and husband with me that can't be around smoke of any kind. The second desk attendant came to the room and found sand from the beach. I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone
I like the front desk clerk. She was so nice and very personable. The check-in process was a little long but she engaged with me the entire time until my room was ready for check-in
