The breakfast was delicious and very filling!! The room was amazing, it was comfortable and clean, and Patrick was a very entertaining and knowledgeable host.

We were a bit nervous about the neighborhood but we felt safe walking to a taco bar for dinner and the parking lot at Vistula Rose was secure with security cameras and good lighting.

Full breakfast at 9 am. If you need to get out earlier you can take take out fruit, yogurt, muffin and coffee.

It is walkable to downtown, but driving the opposite direction makes it clear that this area of Toledo is currently undergoing a lot of change.

Gorgeous old home with a wonderful and generous innkeeper. Patrick brought lots of color with him to every breakfast!!! He was also incredibly kind, offering breakfast to our friend who came to pick us up. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Staying in a renovated Victorian mansion was a real treat. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. My sister and I stayed in the Hannah Matilda which had a lovely sitting area perfect for sitting together in the evenings. The innkeeper, Patrick, cooked us a beautify breakfast each morning and was the perfect host, giving us lots of information about the area and house. We enjoyed our trip tremendously.

Very close to downtown, in a beautiful period house. Breakfast was exceptional it also has onsite parking. The rooms are beautiful as you'd expect from the property.

The location of the property. We were at the point of driving away when we turned up because of the appearance of the property from the outside and the street in which it was located. House could do with a really good deep clean.

The innkeeper, Patrick, is a charming host who possesses a wealth of information about the history of the house, the neighborhood, the city, and many other things! He also prepares a wonderful breakfast. The house is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable and downtown is only a mile away. We highly recommend.

The bedding must have been washed with a detergent with a very strong fragrance. That fragrance was intense and not very pleasant to me. You may consider making a change.

an issue with bee's in the room. note: their nest, outside was exterminated prior to our stay and the issue could not have been foreseen. all and all it was a pleasant stay. oh, BREAKFAST was over the top!

The location is very close to the bus station. There is a lot of foot traffic. Very busy corner.

Our host Patrick is so incredible, and a “Johnny on the Spot” if anything is needed!! He makes the the most incredible breakfast! It’s like a five course meal, you won’t leave hungry!! I loved the master suite, the bath tub was delightful! The whole house is breathtaking!

We are not carpeted floors lovers, so this was a little bit of a downside for us, but it is just a matter of personal taste.

The welcoming has been friendly, warm, and informative. The host did everything he could to make us feel at home. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing. And the historic house is worth seeing.
